Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Able to assist with short notice in a timely manner. Provided documents accurately in both hard copy for the road and electronically for the record with no hidden fees, final bill was a $2.00 variance from the estimated quote.
Audrey MAfter misinformation on the initial reservation on a 6 x 12 trailer and wasting on hour of driving to get to the location and another 15 minutes on hold, the rep found me a 15 foot truck and gave me a $50 discount. When I got the new location, the business was gated up and locked. The first rep had a bad # but the second got a hold of the business owner and they had to come out of the shop and unlock the gates to rent me the truck. I would say this experience was poor or worse. I use U-Haul often, but the company needs to improve and assure you have quality dealers representing your company.
KIRK HIt is in a sketchy area. We went at night to pick up and it was a little nerve wrecking with the dogs barking at us behind the fence and at the corner of the road.
Orion CFirst of all after getting online to enter your information was very tedious. Secondly after doing all of that twice then had to call and get help. The young lady walked me through it and then gave me my code FINALLY tried my code the code did not work. After trying this code over and over and over again still not working we call back, we were told to clear it jiggle the lock again and again it finally open after an hour in the hot Georgia sun. By the way, the people where the truck was located was no help. Every time we try to get a truck this way there is always a problem.

Michael TI'd steer clear of this place- it's a car paint shop, packed to the gills and you must shimmy between clunkers to get to their office. Now the fun begins - junk stacked everywhere, baby items stacked among all of that and when my transaction was complete I asked for a printout of such and it goes, " duh, I don't have a printer". Man was I glad to get out of there. Oh u haul, I had to wait approx two hours to get my tow dolly - a local guy was using it. I'd imagine that's called cash under the table.
Mitch BThe dolly and furniture pads were not available, the truck had no gas cap, and the cab leaked right above the drivers seat (I got drenched driving in the rain).

Tamika LI ordered a utility dolly and furniture pads and did not get them at the pick up. But I was charged for them. But other than that the truck was clean just hate I was charged for two items I didn’t receive. If they didn’t have them I should’ve been reached out to so that I could get my money back but nothing was caught or changed and I was charged.

STEVEN MAccurate hours. I was guaranteed a truck for 9 am when the property didn't open until 1030. I was also told I could do an online pick up but the property didn't leave out a truck or keys

Ivan RStored vehicles behind main building in an unsafe area with no signs. U-Haul rep gave me an unsafe vehicle to drive with a completely flat tire. No safety check was done on tire pressure before departing. When approached, the rep on location was very rude and unhelpful. Had to call and get a replacement tire at the UHAUL location on Watson. I had a ten hour trip the next day, and this ordeal set me back two hours.
Scott DKTS will be where I go for future rentals of UHaul items. They were very accommodating with what I needed. I had reserved an auto transport trailer at the South Houston Lake business, but when I arrived there I was told it was already rented out. KTS saved the day for me!

ROCHELLE KI cant say enough of how nice the people were at KTS Colors....very helpful, friendly.....but the U-Haul system needs overhauling....the software is difficult to maneuver and reservations for a specific size of trailer apparently doesn't matter to U-Haul...fix your software and don't allow customers to reserve something if in fact you don't have the specific item in inventory at the location that you send me to.....again KTS Colors was GREAT.....

SUSAN STrailor was full of leaves and trash, they didn't have trailor accessible, I had to drive around back of building driving through mud with my truck I had just cleaned, not a good experience at all
Kenneth OKTS Colors people were so nice. The trailer was not returned when expected so unavailable when I reserved it. They found the trailer and got it for me all while being very nice and gracious. I would highly recommend this location.
Kenneth MNever rented a Uhaul that you had to load supplies yourself and you had to pick up the tongue because it did not have a jack. The left tail light did not work either

Karen KI was not aware this location was one that I could get the truck before it opened. The key was not in the box and other vehicles were blocking it in. I guess ensure key is available and truck is accessible. Thank you!
Sydney WAWESOME customer service, but doesn't sell accessories. I needed a smaller size hitch ball & a 7-pin to 4-pin light plug. Had to run up the road to purchase and then return.
Kevin MThis location lacks an office to sit and do business. Had to stand outside in the parking lot to do business. Could not get a hard copy of contract, did not receive a of the bill of sale after completion the complication of the rental. Poor service.
