When we arrived for pick up the location was closed. The key that was left in the lock box was for a different truck than the one that was on out rental contract, which resulted in issues when we went to return the truck as the mileage and gas remaining were different. In addition, the appliance hand-truck that we reserved was not in any of the trucks on site, so we had to drive 45 minutes out of our way to obtain one. All this resulted in us starting our move three hours later than we scheduled to.
