I normally do not write reviews but in this case, I have to say that the U-Haul folks went above any beyond the usual to accommodate me. I had to change my pick-up date..no problem, got there on a rainy day everything was ready and I was in and out in 10 min. Trailer worked perfect and 3 hour drive went smooth as silk. Could not be more pleased.

Can’t understand why U-Haul changed my drop off location- the alternative drop spot was not expecting me of the large trailer. The original drop spot was closer to my home, that’s why it was chosen. Pembroke office was exceptionally great on my arrival
