Charged me for fuel. I drove 8 km and added 5 dollars in fuel. He then added 15 dollars for fuel to my bill. Not happy
TIMOTHY C1. the place was open but there was nobody there. neither a sign saying like “I be back in a moment” or so. the neighbours were very helpful and told me that the guy was around. I waited and 10 minutes later he arrived. a nice guy. 2. the lights in the first trailer I took didn’t worked. the funny part is that he knew because previously other customers complained and he told me that in the other hand surprised how well organized are between all the U HAUL dealers to find trailers

THANH HThe only recommendation I would have would be to fill the trucks up fully with gas getting a truck that only had a quarter tank of gas was a little stressful and hard to gauge when we’re returning the vehicle
ELIZABETH FConfused about some of the charges. Did not use that many kms, I overfilled the gas and didn't get comp. Used U-Haul before and this experience was completely different.

MUSTAPHA AThe receipt issued to me when picking up the vehicle said $0.79/km yet I was charged 1.29/km when returning the vehicle online. Other than this discrepancy, the vehicle was in excellent condition. Nothing to complain about.
ABHIJEET AIt was a drop through the app and the key went to the Dropbox so I didn’t see inside the location nor interact with the people inside. However, I would suggest to improve signage so it would make it easier to identify the location and where to drop the keys
Oscar PThe day before rental, our pick-up loaction was changed. Yes, some mileage was added to the contract, but not my time and gas needed for extra distance. Also, we wanted to use a Military Discount - at the pick-up location we were advised to call into U-Haul - after HOURS of being on hold and cut-off several times, we decided to terminate that request. How do we receive the military discount? Also, the mobile check0out did NOT work as the App refused to accept my location at the appropriate location.

Naseeb SMake sure the vehicle is in proper working order before renting it out to people the truck stalled on me 5 times twice in the city and 3 times on the highway.
Blaec BProvide the booked truck. I booked a 10' but got a 15' one. Also there was no one at the place even though i got their ahead of time. Very bad service.
Syed RLocation was not open at 10:30 am on wednesday in the morning when I came to return truck.
