The only recommendation I would have would be to fill the trucks up fully with gas getting a truck that only had a quarter tank of gas was a little stressful and hard to gauge when we’re returning the vehicle

Confused about some of the charges. Did not use that many kms, I overfilled the gas and didn't get comp. Used U-Haul before and this experience was completely different.

MUSTAPHA AThe receipt issued to me when picking up the vehicle said $0.79/km yet I was charged 1.29/km when returning the vehicle online. Other than this discrepancy, the vehicle was in excellent condition. Nothing to complain about.
