We booked a few weeks in advance and were told the afternoon before our moving day that we may not have a truck for the next morning. Luckily one was found but it certainly caused undo stress! It worked out in the end.

I booked a trailer weeks in advance at one location I had to drive eight hours to this location and last minute they decide they don’t have one for me. No answers to what happened but all they said was there’s trailers elsewhere so I had to drive another hour out of my way to get a trailer. K and P storage solutions really helped me while others left me high and dry.

Overall, I was quite impress with my rental, the checkout process is a breeze and all done electronically. Very assle free. The terms were excellent, the truck info was properly displayed, like max height, fuel economy, etc... Bang for buck I think it was a smart choice to go with UHaul.

I would like to comment on your logistics dept. Not being able to reserve and guarantee a truck 24hrs before use is unacceptable. This practice your company has adopted is lunacy, and will drive legacy customers away for “one off” rentals. Your trucks will sit as opposed to a bird in the hand rental.

This location is not really god to use U-haul app, the Internet access is poor, It is recommended to improve it installing WiFi system.Yesterday we spend for about 30 minutes to pick up the truck online due bad internet coverage. Also I am very disappointed with Uhaul service because changed in he last minute(sunday for about 5:20 PM) my original pick up location from Arnprior to Renfrew, and gave me a town Uhaul only from Renfrew, so my budget was increased to double because I traveled for about 70Kmts extra, and it was impossible to rerturn in Arnprior.

The only comments, an email I received initially with my contract was in Spanish and the initial receipt was received in French. Also I had difficulty with the app in taking a picture of my driver’s license. Otherwise a great location, and the owner operator is very accommodating and helpful.

I can't read your invoice. Not everyone has a printer laptop. I can't read it on my phone as the print is too small and can't be expanded. Very frustrating. Do better.

The manager was on time he was polite. He was kind and really had a good feeling talking with the guy when I dropped the trailer off. He checked it over with me and I showed him the defect and he said sorry you had to deal with that had a very, very good experience. .

I was advised only the night before that my equipment was not available at my preferred location in Arnprior and had to drive an extra 30 km in the opposite direction to my move to complete this move on time. I was however really pleased with the service given by the K&P Storage Solutions owner.

We HIGHLY recommend using K & P Storage facility for so many reasons. Firstly, Keith went above and beyond in renting us the storage space during covid to a family member that for health reasons had to move here to be closer to family from Northern Ontario without much warning. His compassion and promptness in having everything ready to his friendly smile and understanding made the move go so smoothly. The unit was very clean and we liked the idea that all furniture and boxes in the unit sat on top of pallet ( if you wanted them to) to prevent damage as we had the unit for two years. The rental rate, we thought was fair and at anytime we needed to go to the unit we had no problem getting into it, especially in the winter months with lots of snow. The compound is well lit with camaras everywhere. It was a pleasure doing business with you Keith and thank you for renting to us.
