David H. | Overall ExperienceWe HIGHLY recommend using K & P Storage facility for so many reasons. Firstly, Keith went above and beyond in renting us the storage space during covid to a family member that for health reasons had to move here to be closer to family from Northern Ontario without much warning. His compassion and promptness in having everything ready to his friendly smile and understanding made the move go so smoothly. The unit was very clean and we liked the idea that all furniture and boxes in the unit sat on top of pallet ( if you wanted them to) to prevent damage as we had the unit for two years. The rental rate, we thought was fair and at anytime we needed to go to the unit we had no problem getting into it, especially in the winter months with lots of snow. The compound is well lit with camaras everywhere. It was a pleasure doing business with you Keith and thank you for renting to us.
