Not helpful at all, when I went to drop off the truck, they told me they were close so I had to go back the next day sent an hour looking for the place. ask for receipt showing I dropped it off, they told me that's between me and U-Haul, that he was just a U-Haul rep. "bingo" I told him that means you rep U-Haul DUH, so left the truck not really sure that's where it should be except for the other U-Haul trails etc. So walked out of there with no paper work, so tell me why I couldn't just drop the truck and put the key in a lock box.Thomas O.

Actually that is the best U-Haul experience I've had and I have rented quite a few U-Haul things in the past the young lady was just as friendly as she could be the trailer pulled great everything work just right you're just need to put some jacks on him trailer so they can be picked up cuz I'm 60 years old trying to pick up on that trailer to put it on my truck was kind of rough but other than that I have absolutely no complaints in that it really ain't a complaint so that's just the way y'all policy is to keep people from stealing them so easyRussell M.

1. Do nor recommend the automated check in. 2. Inform potential clients that if an emergency situation comes up; that your agents do not care and that they will be charged extra money if the truck is not returned to destination. 3. Update your contract process. In my case the driver was a different person. The driver did not use their card to pay for this...I did and my name is not on this contract. As a woman whom is also a business Manager that is rude and disrespectful. Especially when i told the agent in Selma that i had an emergency and she was adamant that there would an additional charge then wanted to go outside to talk to the man i was with as if it was him who paid for this. (So typical of people being the problem in carrying out how society views women.)Vaughn O.

My husband and I couldn't get the back to slide back down, because the latch was stuck under the top. I believe that if you give directions on how to let the back up and down without it getting stuck will make it easier for others.Darrell B.

While I was examining the equipment, I was asked if something was wrong. I felt like I was being rushed. The auto transport was not connected to the truck. I had to connect it by myself with no help. The auto transport that was on my contract, I wasn't able to get to cause of other equipment. So they gave me a different one and didn't send email showing the new auto transport, like they said they would. I had to load both dollies and blankets into the truck.Hill B.

I rented a pull behind trailer on a Friday to move my daughter to college on Saturday. Due to the trip distance the employee told me I could return it on Sunday morning at NO EXTRA CHARGE. My credit card has been charged an extra $63.23 because it was considered a 2 day rental, when I only rented it for 1 day. I need a customer service rep to contact me regarding this issue.Leslie F.
