Horrible service schedule my pickup for 12pm got there nobody was there called the number & she claimed she was around the corner at the store i sat for an hour waiting to get my uhaul was charged extra fees ended up being $82 for the 3 hour uhaul & now my back statement is saying they charged my $449
Sasha JI was able to pick up my truck late using their mobile check-in. The lock was wasy to use (unlike some other locations I had tried) and the truck was ready to go. When I turned the truck back in, the rep from the office was very pleasant and told me I was free to go and she would take care of everything, which she did.
John BThis was a total disaster after I returned the truck hours later someone called to say that I didn’t return the keys when I left the keys in the truck and they also sent a text stating that they were going to charge my card $150 for locksmith!!! They also try to run my card again for $63 when they owe me for the mileage that I did not use!!!

Kimberly GI made the appointment for 8:30am which the location work hours are from 8:30am. I was there at 8:25am, the employee/owner showed up at 8:50am instead of working with the customer, she started dealing with her locksmith about rekeying her building locks. As if I didn't have business to attend to plus the move. I find that very unprofessional. As far as the equipment the door on the truck was rusted close and couldn't be opened by hand. Instead of waiting and wasting more time I got a hammer out my car which release the handle of the door and it opened.
Anthony MFirstly this is not a proper U-Haul center. Just a subsidiary and they have no clue about the procedures to check the customers in. I was overcharged because they had fixed up the fuel meter. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone else. Please remove them from your dealer list.

Gilad WTell the customer we will have to take pictures. I had already locked the truck when I was filling out the questions online. I was never told I had to take pictures. It wasted my time having to unlock it again. I was very annoyed.
