Gerald MTowing trailer was reserved for pick up at 8am. We waited for an hour and 15 mins for the person working at this location to finally decide to show up. Another customer showed up while we were waiting and walked over to this employees home to wake them up. When he finally showed up there was no apology and was rude telling us he opens at 10am. Did not assist in helping set up the trailer and was really unprofessional. Something was wrong with the wire on the trailer that it kept turning off the lights. We needed to tow a car from Toronto and back to our home in Chatham so the delay on pick up messed our whole day up making the whole process take all day. Will never ever use this location again.
Nancy CStore was a mess, check in process took a long time, almost an hour. Worker got in a screaming match with another customer in the store while finishing my checkout. Very uncomfortable.

CATHY WI picked up in London Ontario 07 May at 9:10 am, hauled my golf cart to my summer camp in Port Glasgow, and returned the trailer to West Lorne Ontario before 3:30. Nobody came out to check on us, the guy behind the counter took my paperwork, checked his computer, and told me I was good to go. The next day an additional charge showed up on my credit card listing that I’d not returned the trailer until 12:01 pm the day after I’d actually returned it. I called K&M and the guy tells me I need to deal with U-Haul and not him. But, it was him who didn’t in-process my trailer until the day after I actually returned it. Neither U-Haul or K&M have responded to my challenge of the additional charges. I am now having to dispute the charge through my bank and will NEVER do business with U-Haul or K&M after this. I had a neighbor with me when I returned the trailer so there is independent verification of my return date and time but u-haul and K&M seem to be desperate for an extra $30+ dollars they don’t deserve.
Grover MWe wanted for 1 day so put for 24 hrs not realizing that if pickup at 1pm and to drop off at q1 pm next day is 2 days. Not stated and to me and a normal person 24 hours is one day. Very unsatisfied customer as poor communication on your part.. don’t ask for how many hours if doesn’t include days

Alex GAfter the initial collection screw up on my booking. The return was successfully due to the operator putting me in contact with the head office. He organized the refund on my blanket which were not provided at my pick up area. The lovey was promised to be returned to me ASAP.

Lori CI reserved a truck at the Ridgetown location and when I drove there to pick up the truck, they had no trucks avaialable nor did they recieve my order from U-Haul online reservation system I had to drive a total of 74 KM out of my way to pick up and return the truck from another location. I would expect a refund on the extra kilometers I had to travel due to the error from U-Haul. In the future I will look at other companies for my moving rentals in the event this is not refunded. Jeffrey AThe trailer is not well maintained. It was completely tightened but rattled around and made excessive noise while driving. Ive pulled these trailers before and this one did not feel secure.

Kenneth OI was over charged and given a really hard time by the u-haul dealer in west lorne ontario. Rented a small cube truck at 19.95 per day on 17th july at 3PM.I paid $115.00 at this time. I no sooner got home and received a text message that I needed to return by 6pm on same day. I drove my car back to talk to the dealer and he said just have it back in the morning. I always thought that a day rental was 24 hours. The dealer then told me to take a snapshot of the mileage and gas level on my cell phone and be sure i filled back to this level upon return. Im wondering why i was charged 59 cents per mile then and still have to put gas in it. I drove a total of 40 miles. Swept it nice and clean. Then he proceeded to tell me the amount of gas I put in wasn't enough. He told me it had 3/4ths of a tank. I was clearly between half and 3/4. I showed him my snapshot on my phone and he just sat there looking at me with a disgusting look on his face. When all said and done he gave me back $25. All said and done I paid $90 plus $10 gas to go 40 miles. I feel over charged and upset with the way I was treated. Never before have I had such a horrible experience. Furthermore I didnt receive any contract.I contacted U-haul customer service and told them of my unpleasant experience. They turned it over to the field manager for further investigation. All said and done the receipt the customer service said he should of gave me $35.03 back in cash with a receipt. I received $25 and no proof of anything. This guy is a total fuctard and has no business representing U-haul. Never again will I use this dealer. Stay away!!!!!!!
WILBERT BRipped me off 15 bucks. When I got the final reciept, I see why the clerk refused to put the remaining balance on my debit, and insisted on cash. Rediculous.

Also charged me for 2 days of rental when it was returned within 1 day. In these times of need, and the Covid-19 outbreak happening, I would expect much more sanitation
Austin SHave the trucks filled before use. A quarter tank was risky and makes it harder to refill before returning. Clean up the store area and organize where U-haul products are kept. Perhaps have some common products like matress covers, boxes and protectors.

Lori AI've been emailing concerning my refunded amount. I recieved $26.00 and the receipt says $176.00. With no response/verification at all after repeatedly emailing, this is completely inadequate service.
Bryan SI believe the attendant was stoned when we arrived to drop the truck off. In the future we will use ANY alternative to UHaul after this experience. If you check my account, you can see we have used UHaul several times in the last six months. I will also be posting about and advising everyone about this experience. Completely disgusted. Cindy
Cynthia SPick up time was 8am in West Lorne. Store employee didn't open until 8:15. I was given no paperwork to keep with me, only text / email confirmation that I could access on my phone. There was no inspection of the vehicle prior to leaving and no cart in the truck upon arrival at the move out location. Went back to the store for the cart and asked about paperwork. Store clerk had no idea what I was talking about - specifically the chart that indicates how much fuel is needed to return to the 1/2 tank I left with.

David CFirst off the guy made us wait 20-25 min to acutually help us with the uhaul rental we had all ready scheduled so he could finish his order for his convenient store he had then he did not due a proper inspection of the truck then on top that put the wrong amount of fuel on the card that was actually in the truck then we got dinged for it as well ! When we ordered the truck the lady on the phone failed to tell us that uhaul don’t charge for Saturday and sundays and we picked it up Thursday paid for 4 whole days then dropped it off Monday morning only to find out we got fucked for the 2 extra days we didn’t need or use it now uhaul will take my money and make a profit by re renting out the truck! Really nice! I will never recommend or use uhaul ever again the service was shit and disappointing! Never again!
jeremy gThe truck was clean and ready to go, but the location only had 1 dozen blankets and some of the blankets were very dirty. Rental agent did not adjust the contract for only 12 blankets.

kim sBetter knowledge on what needs to be checked or done at a drop off situation. I was told i didn’t have to do anything and I could leave so I did and the personnel came out after me and I ended up having to stay for about 10 Mins. Which isn’t bad until you think you’re allowed To leave and get pulled back and walked to the truck, to the store, to the truck, to the store. Maybe just going over what steps need to be done at pick ups and drop offs are a good idea.

Emanuel GThis was the opposite from pick up. The guy was really friendly and spokes english. Besides that, the Uhaul system did not work, the guy called the head office and there was nothing they could do, I paid 11.30 more than I should because of system errors.
Bruno pThe key was supposed to be found in a lock box in the back of the trailer, after searching the trailer for a few minutes we found the key shoved in the furniture pad in the back, anyone could have driven away with the truck.
Steven KOnly location close to choose from. Its a typical small town gas station. We made the retailer aware of safety concerns of the trucks tires as the back tires where down to the wear bar and the front tires were worn so bad on the outside they were bald and ready to pop. The retailer did not care or check the vehicle. Not impressed and would not recommend if you have another option. Vehicle maintenance was poor.
Amanda HMy reservation was made on the 17th of April, on line. On the 20th I was contacted by this pickup location, which was not the location with which I booked the trailer pick up. This was a complete disaster on the part of the on line booking service, and when I called to discuss my concerns they were met with a confrontational tone. disappointing!
