staff made no attempt to assist with anything regarding the drop off. the only thing he did was the return on the computer. He did not come out to direct where to drop the trailer, did not assist with unhooking, did not inspect the equipment.

Tried returning the truck a day early was told I could not because they didn't have room for it. When I did return the truck next day no one was there so the card that was on file was charged. That was not how I wanted to pay.
Ashley WThe yard was not plowed. The attendant was rude and indecisive on where to park. No space to maneuver vehicle. Attendant was not helpful at all.
ADAM COperator lacking customer service skills, loud music and movie playing inside store. Vehicle was dirty inside and had no gas, empty.

Just a disgusting, terrible representation for Uhaul. I’ve used Uhaul many times this was by far the worst.
