Your â€œ24/7â€ service is annoying to use and if a person doesn't have data on their phone they can't complete the service effectively. Also I just got charged $942 for a lease that should've been 78 dollars. The equipment came back clean and with a fuller tank than you left it with. Fuck youDan G.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. We ordered a 26 foot weeks in advance and the night before they tell us they di not have one their is one 2.5 hours away. They did find a 20 foot 25 miles away. We get a call it was not dropped off in right spot go to another. We were told we would not be charged for the milage we went over for the extra 25 to 30 miles because they messed up. We were charged for the extra miles. Horrible horrible experience.Tyler K.

The person answered the phone- "Hello". I thought I had the wrong number. She proceeded to complain about being in Salt Lake and her car breaking down??? I wanted to drop off a day early, that was clearly a no. I asked if she would be at the office in the morning when my drop off was due. She said sarcastically, "Oh Please. My car broke down." She did go on to say someone would be there or I could use the key drop off. I was concerned I wouldn't be credited for the day of the drop off but to my knowledge it's all fine. Not a customer service oriented location.Julia X.

Destination was closed for 4 consecutive days due to state holiday. Equipment dropped off on a Saturday was not checked back into destination facility until the following Wednesday resulting in a recovery email from the corporate office looking for their missing trailer. Closed facilities should not be assigned by U-haul as a drop off destination when there were alternative locations that could have been assigned. All ended well but was alarming and concerning. I have used Uhaul on many occasions and always a great experience so this is an anomaly but wanted to make my suggestions for improvement in services known. Thank you.BEVERLY C.

I had a positive experience with the customer service rep. It was to be all online. However the mileage was incorrect in the truck by a lot. So I had to speak with the lady. This prevented me from returning it online. Be it that the mileage was incorrect I was overcharged. And I was charged a dolly rental fee. When I never received it. She said she would take it off. But according to the receipt it wasn't. So will most likely never return. It's to shady if you ask me.Mandy K.

I would recommend the location because the representative was nice and helpful. I would, however, caution them to check the equipment carefully. When I did my pretrip inspection, I quickly discovered that the windshield wiper blades were literally falling apart. As for the truck itself, it was in overall good condition, but I was very frustrated with the governed engine, particularly when another Uhaul truck blew past me on the interstate.SAMUEL M.

Felt like the drive line was going to drop , i was not told my total the day of picking up the 20 foot uhaul , I was charged 108.00 dallors ibwqs never told they put a hold on my account with my bank for two day rental I wasnt able to get my daughter her birthday gift as of yet because I'm still waiting for my money to be returned I will never use uhaul againApryl D.

Over charged on miles! We only used like 20 paid for 10 upfront and they charged us for 47 miles! Which we know is wrong because we only traveled a couple miles to each place! Very disappointed about that!Kiley D.

Don't tell someone that the truck you need is not available for an in town move only to get one 30 miles away and see the exact truck at the drop off location. This really pissed me off and cost me an additional $60 + gas. Only way i will use U haul again is if i go in person to the location where i dropped off, she was great.David M.

Be clear that returning at different times will affect your final rental price. I returned it in 21 hours so it was just 1 day, but someone else could have kept it just a few more hours and been charged for 2 days. When I picked it up I was just told to bring it back whenever the following afternoon... some customers would appreciate knowing that small difference in time will affect their final price.Scott B.
The guy who hooked up the trailer hooked it up all wrong and it was very dangerous we did not know that he did such a shoddy job until we dropped it off in Price Utah only to find out that it could have come off of the truck and possibly hurt anyone behind meWilliam H.

I thought they were very professional and handled my business well. The place I returned my truck to wanted to charge me all kinds stuff, extra day, over mileage and 130.00 for gas. Granted my mom returned the truck on empty when I asked her to fill it. She told the guy I would be in to pay for the gas that I had to hurry back for the rest of my stuff. I went straight from Vernal dropped off my stuff in Magna and returned the uhaul. I paid in full for two days and returned the truck on time.Wayne S.
