jose aThe 15-ft UHaul truck was dropped off on Sunday when the facility in Duchesne was closed. Accordingly, we had no interaction with individuals at that location. The choice of NA (not applicable) needs to be added to the review site.
Leonard GJosh is the absolute best at customer service. He went out of his way to ensure my total satisfaction! He explained in detail about what the "safe tow" insurance covers, and I opted to buy it. I will reach out to Josh everytime I need a U-Haul trailer in the future!
