- Location of equipment pickup was a dirt lot and a dirty shack. - I was told that the equipment was serviced every 90 days. During our trip, one of the headlights on the tow dolly fell out of the housing. The proper screws were not used, and the light had been glued into the housing. We were stopped by a police officer for safety reasons. - We spoke with the local rep and asked to speak to his supervisor ------ never received a call back. - The tow dolly cost should have been immediately returned. We will never Uhaul again.
