Pick up lo action staff 100% sucked. He couldn't even type in hotmail.com without me having to dictate how to over and over again cause he doesnt even know how to write. He gave me the keys and then went running to look for the blankets and a dokky when my rental time was already ticking. The haul was parked far away and he failed to come show us how to use the ramp and when we asked for help he left us there waiting for a long time cause he was busy outside chatting with some guy. We Kerr and realized the check engine in uhaul.was on so I tried calling him.multiple times and he NEVER AGAIN picked up his phone/our call from the moment we left in igual. It was impossible to reach him no matter what time I called his phone was no longer in service. He gave me an anxiety attack I just wanted to throw the uhaul key back to him and leave but I needed to move out and didnt. Hated my experience with this guys. He is horrible and makes you look bad. Get rid of him.
BRENDA RThe store is dirty from inside, and the representative was extremely rude. We arrived before closing time and he rejected our return at first claiming he was too busy doing other things. He has a very poor attitude. He gives u-haul a bad image. He should not be working customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will tell everyone to avoid this location because he is absolutely the worst ever.
AMBROSIO HThe check in and pick up was all on line so the process was annoying, and the code I got for the truck was for the other truck so all the information in my contract was for the other truck not the one I was driving. After I fueled it back to where it was then returned it, they charged me for fuel because the lvl in my contract was for the other truck.
Justin SAfter my fourth attempt getting a truck (two were giving away), this specific location called me to tell me if I did not come get my truck soon he would give it away. Mind you I arrived in Yuma at 10:00 a.m. expecting my truck. Many, many hours later and four locations later,vhe wants to say that to me? Mind you I made the 3-hour drive from Tucson and was in the car for an hour and a half trying to secure a U-Haul at already had reserved. They never did call me the day previous to tell me anything had been changed. I had my father with me (that's the reason needing the truck has he had had a stroke recently). My dad didn't understand why he needed to be in the heat and the car for this amount of time and why he was late to an important event. The gentleman running the store, who I assumed was the owner was very rude. His store was in disarray, he had an obnoxious customer who was cussing at me, as she felt I took her truck, the gentleman who was helping me with the truck agreed with her. The store was junky, cluttered and was not properly stocked. One scheduling manager was helpful, patient and understanding over the phone. She did end up giveing me a substantial discount to which I appreciated. I have used U-Haul several times throughout my life and I've never seen such a mess.

Patti KTruck smelled like cat pee. Mud all over truck. The facility was disgusting. Felt like we were in a 3rd world country. Had to wait an hour just to find out why previous renter’s credit card didn’t work.
Gregory BLocation is not very well signed for where to leave equipment. Nowhere did a see a sign for the business named for the dropoff location, which made it harder to find.

Eric FThe store location was extremely dirty. The renter had issues with the uhaul computer software, and had to call uhaul support for help. We were there for an hour. Then when I asked about the furniture pads and utility dolly he said they didn’t have them and we would have to drive the truck to another location ((10 miles out of our way). Then when we got there they didn’t have a utility dolly so we rented an appliance dolly. I asked for a refund on the utility dolly, but they said they couldn’t refund, that I would have to wait until the contract ended. The entire rental process was an awful experience!
Richard BThis place is a dump!! Truck had check engine light on from the start!! Told us to drive it shouldn’t have any problems. We were going 2200 miles. We broke down twice!!
Agnes LI was never given a formal contract. I was overcharged. I was treated like I was a liar when I returned the truck due to My experience picking up the truck with less than half a tank. .. customer representative at u haul front desk didn't believe me I had to call the 3rd party who gave me the truck to confirm it. This was a nightmare and I am not at all happy I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
