Location staff was very friendly and helpful in fulfilling my reservation quickly.
MICHAEL RThe truck was dirty and gross. Empty cigarette box and body jewelry in cab. Garbage in floor and truck reeked. Cargo area was also very dirty. Truck was parked in a corner that was extremely hard to get it out. Overall not a great experience. Tire was also extremely low.

JONATHAN LI got a quote through the app including a "safe trip" option and even I did the "check in" They had to do it manually and took almost 40 minutes untils they got the Trucks ready plus, they charge almost $10 more without the "safetrip option that what I got on the app
Fernando ZGot charged 2 times - will call in the morning - very confusing when picking truck up - said turned in 11/30/24 9:00 am actually turned in 11/29/24 - 4:30 pm - very low on gas - was told if we brought back 1/4 tank I would be refunded $17.00 - returned with more than 1/4 tank

RICHARD LLocation was great, received good help. However had to drive 12 miles to return it from my unloading site. Wish there was a location closer.
Ronnie LOverall rating for the location would be "poor" - however, the staff member who assisted us went out of his way to help us through the confusion - so he gets an "excellent"... There was no signage to include "Kaps Friendly Shop" - saw a couple of UHaul trucks and equipment in what appeared to be an abandoned area of the lot with no directional signage or person(s) to assist. I called the number for the location provided in my email confirmation - and once we got past the language barrier, was guided into the store - that had an old store name on the building... the process also took far longer than it should have - a solid 20 minutes - because the paperwork and system took so long to move through - amidst him helping other customers. He appeared to be the only person working at that time, as well. Not a good experience or impression for UHaul.
KIMBERLY GThere was an issue with computers between TN and NC which caused a charge of $72 on my bank. They are in the process of working on this. The person in Kaps Friendly Shop has a language barrier so it has made it rather difficult to get this matter resolved.

Kirk TThe staff was very helpful when my App would not work correctly. Returning the vehicle was also smooth and quick. The only problem I had was that the vehicle turn signals did not work. I notified the employees and they were going to ensure it was repaired.

MELVIN BFirstly, I was sent to a location that was a gas station/convenience store with only one person on duty. I had a confirmed reservation, but it took over 30 minutes to get the key. The truck had the check engine light on so I had to get another one. The allowed mileage was less than what was required(I thought, since I have visited this location numerous times for 50 years). When I asked for the route they wanted me to take in order not to be charged, the operator had no info. However, the truck I finally received was clean and got me there.
MARQUIS WIt was very close to my storage unit which was great. The van worked perfectly and check in was pretty fast. But the van seats did smell like pee / cigarettes.

Edna BThe UHaul was incredibly dirty and because I didn’t not take pictures of it, I now have to return to the drop off location the day after and clean it out. It was so dirty, that I had use tarps to cover the floor before I could load anything.
Matthew WI think U-Haul should take cash all store. Cause it’s be 26hr or more & I still have not received the rest of my money back. I need my money plus Im tired of waiting for it to hit back on my card.. ( U-Haul should be cash only) plus I’m not the only one that feel this way.
