I had the truck there before 10am with half tank of gas as I was supposed to- refused to take keys claiming lot was full despite no one being told lot was full and many spaces for trucks. Representative on phone had me lock keys inside truck and it wasn't processed that it was dropped off until nearly 3pm.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was nasty. Dirt in cab. French fries on the floor. Smelled like smoke. Has either blood or ketchup on the from windshield. Cigarette butts all in the back I actually had to clean it out before loading.

Scott ZIt's a little bit tight getting in and out through the gas pumps and sharp turn out, but otherwise OK. I'm used to towing things so it didn't bother me too much, but people inexperienced with towing or driving large vehicles might be a little intimidated.
