Chanda SI had the truck there before 10am with half tank of gas as I was supposed to- refused to take keys claiming lot was full despite no one being told lot was full and many spaces for trucks. Representative on phone had me lock keys inside truck and it wasn't processed that it was dropped off until nearly 3pm.
Bridget TTruck was nasty. Dirt in cab. French fries on the floor. Smelled like smoke. Has either blood or ketchup on the from windshield. Cigarette butts all in the back I actually had to clean it out before loading.
Brad FThe language barrier and lack of details regarding the drop off were difficult.
