The personnel at the location could not help me retrieve the key as I tried to retrieve a water bottle I had locked in the uhaul upon return. There was a lack of empathy / indicated desire to find alternatives and I truly am hoping this doesn't lead to additional charges.Lisa M.

I had a reservation for 9:30 for a truck and appliance dolly. I showed up after that time and their was a long weight due to a "system issue". Once I reached the front of the line the truck was not a the location. I had to wait while they called 3 trucks that were not returned yet. Eventually a truck was found at a different location, but no dolly was given, which added to mileage as I had to go back and rent that too. The location I tried to dropped off had a self check out through the site, but it did not work as described. A worker who shared the lot advised me not to drop the keys off with out confirmation. I had to go home and charge my phone after several attempts. I then received a call asking why I dropped off the truck with out leaving the keys and blocked another truck. Despite the fact I packed it exactly in the same spot that I picked it up from. Even after all that I still received a voicemail about not terminating my contract. I called back only to find out that the person who accepted my dolly might not have properly check it back in. Terrible experience over all.Justin L.

I had ordered some moving supplies to go along with the rental. When I got to the location, I was then informed that those materials were not available, adding travel time to my rental window as I still had to go get those supplies. The truck itself had equipment in it from the last renter and the truck was slippery all throughout from leftover dirt and dust.STEPHEN F.

Upon return on Saturday at 3;30PM, store closed. I along with several other individuals could not use the connection to turn in vehicle. The icon used said it did not recognize the location. Jack was absolutely rude since the moment we arrived. He asked for references and their phone numbers and when he asked me a question, my friend kindly answered him and Jack rudely told my friend that he was not speaking to him. My friend told him he was just answering because he knew the answer and Jack screamed "I don't care!! I was not asking you, I was asking her (me), she speaks English, she has a voice!" So since we really needed the Uhaul we just stayed quiet. I feel that Jack kept on being very mean and rude throughout the rental process but I tried brushing it off and being nice so I would get the Uhaul. Jack explained everything to us and when he took us out to the truck, the truck was full of pet hair. My friend asked if he could clean it and he cleaned it in a bad mood. He asked sarcastically "is it clean enough or do you need more?, I can also give you a rag so you can do it yourself" I told him it was fine and thanked him. Then as he was taking the rag away he said "if you don't like it don't take it, you don't have to take the truck if you don't like it!" This is after we spent almost an hour making the deal and after I had said it was "ok". He gave us thorough instructions on how and what to do when returning the truck. He handed me his business card and told me that if I ran into problems while returning the truck to call his cell. When we got back we had a problem with the difference in payment and my friend called him to ask him questions. My friend thanked him and before hanging up he simply told him "don't be rude next time" Jack told my friend he was an idiot and that he was a very stupid person. He asked us not to ever rent from him again. My friend told Jack that we didn't plan on returning and Jack called my friend stupid again and my friend then told Jack he was going to report him and Jack said "I don't give a fuck!!" My friend told Jack he was rude and insensitive and had absolutely no customer service skills and Jack told my friend "stay there I'm on my way, I'm going over there to handle you". I deposited the key in the box and immediately drove away, as we were exiting the premises we spotted Jack walking toward us. This was my first, and possibly my last time renting a Uhaul. I can't stress enough how uncomfortable and uneasy Jack made me feel. I don't wish this experience on anyone. I hope your company is able to speak with Jack regarding his behavior and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.GUADALUPE L.

This is a new location. It's actually a different business and due to tough times they are thinking about other ways to stay afloat so they have a few Uhaul rentals. Kevin was so nice and acccomodating that's why i would recommend them. Give them a chance, they'll make up for it in service.STEFANIE Y.

When I picked up the van yesterday, it was FILTHY. Inside and outside, windshield and mirrors. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I was then charged $25 for a cleaning fee upon return and I didn't even get to use a clean vehicle myself.Pamela H.

I had an awful time when my original location told me the 26 ft truck they had confirmed was not returned by the previous customer. Luckily after much anxiety, they found a truck scheduled to return nearby, in 4 hours. It was returned early and this location was awesome.HOWARD Z.
This location doesn't have anyone attending you and there are no prior instructions on how to get the keys this delayed us by 1.5 hr in getting the truck and all plans went sideways. Plus the furniture pads and equipment we asked for wasn't even in there! Terrible experiemceGregory S.

The equipment is good , the customer service is beyond awful. The rep (jack) is very rude and condescending, approach a customer that they could not be trusted, even if all my information including credit card are in my account. Checked-in on line for faster check-out. I don't mind paying double because my alternate driver returned it 30 minutes late. It is the way he treats women, very condescending and rude and aggressive. I used this location because it is very close and convenient to home. I will personally tell everyone I know not to support that location!!!! Poor... Poor...CINDY O.

We needed a truck with a lift or ramp because we were returning a water heater. When my husband went to rent the truck he explained what we needed and was told the bigger truck had a ramp but no lift, my husband told him we would take the smaller truck because he thought it had a ramp too. We realized when we got home there was no ramp. When we went to return it the salesman was angry and insulting. He refused to wear his mask when asked even though we are in a pandemic and businesses are required to wear them in California. He said he was 6 feet away as he yelled and insulted my husband. We had the truck about 30 minutes total and only drove it home and back about 3 miles total. We could not use it without the ramp and were charged 40$. The salesman told us to leave a review and he would tell uhaul that my husband was a child. He continues to argue with us in the parking lot and we said we just want to pay so we can leave, he would not refund us or trade to the truck that did have a ramp. It was a waste of our time and money. We have used uhaul numerous times and have never had a problem with the service or trucks.ARTHUR S.

My contract was horrible. I had a truck not working with engine light on. This also had been dirtied and not cleaned. I sent pics before and after to show this and still got charged for 25 cleaning bill.EDWIN A.

This location's hours start at 9AM. The staff didn't show up until 9:45. I waited for 45 mins just to get the key for the pickup truck. A couple of other customers were waiting around, as well. The truck wasn't particularly dirty, but I don't think it had been cleaned from the last customer, either - dirt piled on the back bumper. The truck was good and I had not problems with it.David T.

No the drop off location's fault but had to go here because the original drop off location would not accept the truck. Had to drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way just to return the truck. Customers should not have to be inconvenienced when a lot is full. They should accept the truck as per reservation and then deal with it after the drop off.Richard K.
I rented a cargo van for 1 day at $19.95. I only used it for less than 3 hours and only put 9 miles on the van. I was overcharged. The supervisor for this facility, Anthony, was supposed to call me on Saturday and never did. I called again today on Sunday and he hasn't gotten back with me and it is past 9:00 p.m. I was overcharged (this is stealing). The owner of KASL printing said the charges were not his fault but UHaul corporation's charges. I called Customer Service and spoke with Kevin, Supervisor, and he said it was the fault of KASL Printing and Graphics Inc. So now my overcharge problem has still not been resolved. I only used the van for a short while and only went 9 miles and they charged me an extra $10 for CDW and rental charge of $39.95 instead of $19.95. I am still waiting for someone to return my call to straighten this matter out. Also, there was some kind of animal hair all over the seats on the upholstery in this van.Carol M.
