Brett A.Site wasn't open/couldn't get furniture pads I paid for. Answered during check in that no furniture pads or dolly were available & I was still charged for them. Gate was closed when I came to return & had to manually open/wasn't clear it was unlocked
Jamie S.The car battery was essentially dead when I rented it out. After arriving at my first stop, the car battery died because I left the hazard lights on for 45 minutes. I had to wait over 2 hours for someone to come replace the battery before I could continue on my way, delaying my move by 2 hours on what is already a busy and stressful day.
