Ian WI extended my truck rental by two days, but mileage was not extended and cost me $100 ($1 per mile) in over mileage fees. Never again. The customer support did not make that aware.

AMIR IMy U-Haul needed air in the tires, I kept getting low tire pressure signal. I rented a utility dolly and I never received it and they charged me for it and I have not received my refund yet. They don’t open on weekends so trying to get the keys to get your U-Haul was a headache.
Michaella SOverall everything went well. Ended up with a screw in the tire and had to call roadside. Cost me about an hour and a half. The dump closed before I could get there. Wasn't happy about that since the location I picked up from was a mechanics shop. They could have plugged it
JAMES MWe were improperly charged. It was a cheating scheme. They lied to us and when I returned to the facility, refused to show us the gas indicator. It was a racial profiling. I want a call from Uhual management not customer service to discuss the chain of events. I fully intend to legally pursue this event to the fullest extent of the Law.

Christina DThe uhaul system was down when I went to pick up my rental. We tried to do online check in and that didn't work either. This seems to be a common problem with uhaul.
Robert VFirst off I love Kaz automotive but this truck was horrible. It didn't run right and it was shaky but that didn't even bother me that much because it worked. What bothers me is I spent $60 on extra equipment. I ordered 2 dollies and a furniture dolly and 24 moving blankets. None of that was in the truck. It was after hours so I had no choice but to do without which made our moving experience extremely difficult. Not to mention I am out $60 for items I didn't even get. It would be very hard to get me to say I will use UHaul again after this experience and not being reimbursed my $60.

tristan pThe trailer we reserved was not on the lot. We were told it must have been stolen. We were given a bigger trailer for the same price but the process took a long time and was inconvenient at a time when we were pressed for time.

JILL EI refueled the truck and put too much gas in it (more than what it had when I picked up the truck). I informed the folks at U-Haul and they had no problem giving me a $20 discount to make things right. Great job by these folks. I will definitely do business there again.

Greg TRented to go to the dump that is 10 miles away. The app charged me $105. 57 for mileage and $30 for gas. That's so expensive the same rental at home depot would have been less than $50 all in. I wont be doing u haul again only home depot or Lowes for that reason.

Chris MNot sure if this is possible. The clerk told me when I checked out and it was on the paperwork but is there some way to remind the customer to refill the gas tank.
Mosetta S45 minutes to pick up my U-Haul. And then 35 minutes for drop off. And I was charged for equipment I didn’t request for.

Robert LThe staff were incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to be doing a rental. I had to wait past my reservation time because there was only one woman who could check me in and she was not at the location. When I inquired about the lost time from waiting for her, she flippantly remarked “it’s only 8 min” and confirmed I would not be compensated. When I got in the vehicle, the cab was dirty. There were old French fries in the console. No attempt had been made to clean it between rentals. Also, the digital screen was in Spanish. It took an extra 10 minutes just to figure out how to change it to English. Upon return, no one greeted me, instead snatched the keys and said goodbye. I was then charged for gas, although I did fill the tank to the required level. I’ve rented U-Haul an in the past and this was very frustrating. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I’ll rethink using U-Haul in the future.

Cristian HFor some reason, I received a text as I was on my way to pick up the truck saying the time had changed from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM. This would have impacted my moving plans so I contacted the pickup location and they said the truck was ready and could still be picked up now. The pickup location did not know who sent the text or why. This text caused unnecessary concern for me.
Jack CLast time I will EVER rent a UHAUL. THE PRICING IS A SCAM PYRAMID. I had to pay a dollar per mile traveled!?!?? Never again. You lost a customer (and anyone else I can influence) with that one

ERICKA MVehicle drop off was very informal. No receipt or confirmation was received for several hours. In fact, I called back to see what was causing the delay. I was told that rental returns are checked in between 3 and 4 pm. I dropped the truck off at 12:30. This business location is an auto repair shop.
Chauncey DThe truck was being used for a trash run by the auto shop. I came in as it was reserved and it took a few minutes to determine where the keys were since it wasn’t checked out. Needless to say I’m glad I was doing a move out of my storage unit and had both a broom and leaf blower at my disposal.

ADRIANNA NI've been using U-hall for years and this review is NOT about the location but about my overall experience with U-hall. The rate is so high compared to other rental companies.
Sunday AKaz automotive people were rude and unhelpful. We were transferred to this location because a truck was not at Pets plus U-Haul location. However, we had been working with Jerry at Pets plus location and he was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about how great Jerry was to work with!

Robert MI feel I was over charged for gas. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas and they still charged. Since no one wanted to check the truck while I was there, I think this is a little unfair.
Gail SThe Uhaul hours of operation were 9AM to 5PM . That is very limiting. The employees were efficient and friendly and the van clean and easy to use.
Larry LPlease have your customer service women have a better attitude she looked and acted very annoyed when I walked up and said I had a U-Haul pickup. I understand they service cars at this locations but you also have another part of your business which is U-Haul equipment. There was a women with glasses that did seemed to hve a better attitude and was helping when I asked to split payment.
