UHaul cancelled my reservation the day prior even though I had text and email saying to pick it up. When Kaz automotive called UHaul scheduling, they didn't get a helpful answer. Kaz automotive bent over backwards to get me taken care of.

I was not satisfied with the fact that I reserved a trailer online using UHaul.com but when the day before my move came, I received notification that there was no trailer available, making a stressful time much worse and because of U Haul's error, I had no choice but to rent a small truck, which was several hundreds dollars more than the trailer. I won't be using U Haul in the future, you have a very dissatisfied customer.

Dropped off truck and was assured it would be checked in later that day because they were too busy to do it at that time. The truck was due back the next morning and was still not checked in the following day. Long wait for Uhaul customer service to explain situation and then another long wait as I was told to call recovery dept. The woman at the recovery dept was very, very helpful and assured me all would be Ok and I appreciated her customer service. She arranged for an extra day so I would not be charged and had someone from her department follow up with the dropoff location to get truck checked in. All OK two days later.

Truck had back, driver's side stop/signal light out. Transmission needs work - did not change gears quickly, truck not messy, but not cleaned either.

No one help him with where to drop off or undoing the trailer from my hitch. Store staff basically said I was done and no one did anything so I left very confused on what was the close of of the contract.

The pickup process is completely faulty. Emails should spell out if the driver will be have to use self-service or the location is full service.

This was not the scheduled pickup location. I received a notification two days prior to equipment rental informing me of the pickup location change. Recommendation: if equipment isn't available at particular locations, perhaps remove that location from the selections. Otherwise, perhaps the equipment could be delivered to the selected pickup location. Thanks!

Inform the customer of different rate options instead of double charging on rental. Recently did two different rentals and the one way rental was cheaper than the return to some location

They did not have the dolley I had requested. They said they would take off the dolley. We were able to do the loading/unloading without it. This became an issue when I didn't have a dolley when I turned in the truck.
