Our U-Haul experience was the worst we have ever had. This particular locaiton was awesome it was the other issues with U-Haul that made the experience terrible. To be honest we will not be using U-Haul again in the future.James H.

My only complaint is that I ordered the car dolly for the South Reno location and had to drive 65 miles one way to pick it up. I asked for compensation for my time and gas but was denied. I had the South Reno personnel load the car onto the dolly. After about 500 miles on the road I noticed the straps were very lose on the tires and the tires were turned to the left. Luckily I was able to find a uHaul dealer in town and he removed the car and reloaded it. He said it was not loaded correctly to begin with and very possibly I would have lost the vehicle if I had continued. Please instruct your staff on loading procedures. I don't know how to do these things and that's why I had "the experts" do it for me.Pat L.

I had the most horrible experience of any business transaction in my entire life. I mistakenly checked out my uhaul via the app. First i could not check in to get the truck at 4:30pm and had an hour and a half wait for customer service to call and fix the issue. So i hoped all was good now, nope. I was able to start the checkout process but was not given the access code to get the keys to complete the checkout process. The app is stuck here as i cant get into the truck and with another one and hour hold time i was able to now get my keys 5 hours after scheduled pick up time. The check out part app now cant be accessed as the vehicle was manually checked out by customer service. A fairly easy move two trips, 8 miles total the horrible experience was over. Joking now the app keeps looping and won't let me return the vehicle. Two hours of hold time later customer service manually checks the vehicle in and as a safe measure i sent the starting odometer and ending odometer pictures so we had something. The next day i am surprised to see my bill state that i drove 19 miles not 8 and that the vehicle required 7 gallons of gas even tho it was returned with as much gas as was in it at check out. Not to mention if the werent taking advantage of me that the truck get less than 3 miles per gallon. So 5 more hours on hold for customer sevDaniel P.

Getting charged for 750 miles when using only 607 miles and being charged for 4 days when dropping off a day early. I will do ANYTHING in the future to avoid renting U-Haul. $1000 and $200 in gas to get my broke motorcycle home.CLIFFORD DALTON J.

Wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone. I just needed a trailer. Had one booked for Fernley. Pick up day i was rerouted 30 miles away to fallon just to find the trailer was double booked. Over an hour in the office to find out if the trailer i already paid for was coming with me. Kd staff were pleasant and helpful. But whoever does the uhaul booking/equipment routing needs a new job Turns out the guy I was double booked with was sent 30 miles away to Fernley where I live and wanted to pick up in the first place to get the trailer I should have gotten. Nothing like adding several hours of run around time and frustration to an 8 hour drive. Thanks uhaul. Again not kd's fault. Look forward to my reviews on google and Yelp.Jerrad B.

I called UHaul to find a truck. The man I talk to told me if I wanted a different size truck, I would have to go to Reno. I needed one for a one way from Fallon,Nv to Reno,Nv. I asked if they could give me the difference of the mileage . I was told No. I had to pay for a 26 foot instead of a 15 foot. I thought it was lacking customer service to Not to try to help out. But no customer service from your company. I was to return the truck by 10:15 am. The Uhaul in Reno called me to see if I could return it early because a customer wanted the truck. So you want something from me a customer but hey you have another customer to spend money and forget me a customer that paid for a full day. I felt I should have a discount for bringing it in early. Cause if I was a half hour late I would have been charged for a full day. So I'm very disappointed by the treatment of your company. I will say it again No Customer Service ! You really should Pay people to drive your trucks from areas where there is trucks to areas where they are short of trucks. Again No Customer Service !MELODY ROXANNE H.

Everyone that helped was excellent, theres a store manager in California that helped me set everything up, her name is Tosha, she went above and beyond to help me. Due to me being a member of our military, need specific requirements in a specific time required and she made sure everything happened. And with J&K automotive, they were perfect in my opinion, everything was fast and easy. Very professional and polite. I would give 5 stars to both tosha and her associates and J&K automotive.
