Staff was excellent! Everything was clean prepared and ready to go. This was the most thorough and helpful pick ups I have done at a U-Haul location. If I could use this location every time I rented I would 100% come back.

Denise is such a sweetheart every time I’ve encountered her, as is a lady who fills in on days when Denise isn’t there. The building interior is always clean, and the lot is very well kept. I’d highly recommend KD Automotive U-Haul rentals for anyone who is looking for great customer service, a wide variety of available rentals to choose from; from a group of experienced, caring, courteous, professional, friendly people.

Rosario TDenise was incredibly helpful, positive, and even went out of the way to help contact local storage businesses, to help me find a storage unit. I couldn’t believe how helpful she is, but it’s more than appreciated! Additionally, I am taken aback by the “K-cars” (it’s a Japanese type of vehicle) that Denise and her husband sell, for I’ve admired K-Cars since I was stationed in Okinawa for over 3 years.
