The woman who helped me at the U-Haul in Fallon was friendly and very helpful. She hooked up the trailer and checked brakes and turn signals making sure everything was properly attached and safe. I normally use U-Haul in Reno and this level of service does not always happen. I would rent again from Fallon U-Haul if the need arises.
