I made a reservation on line for a cargo trailer for $343, an when we got to the location like 15 mins to pick up the cargo trailer up , the gentleman said he had rented out the cargo trailer we had reserved, an needed ito make a new contract but said it would be $443 we asked why if we had got the same cargo trailer for $343 he said that was the price he had.I called the 1800 customer service to see if they could help with the different of prices I got ,and the first agent put me me hold then got disconnected, I called again second agent said there is nothing that they could to to honor the first price they gave me for $343 . So I will have to think about doing service with Uhaul again

Trailer right brake/turning light would not function when truck lights were on. Had to have truck lights off to function. Also trailer leaked rain water wetting my stuff and damaging on thing. Poor trailer maintenance. When told destination drop off guy he said they all leak with a kinda oh well artisans said read fine print.
William HI would like some sort of compensation for not having the reservation at the location I requested, and the only truck at the location where I had to go out of the way to pick up had a left rear tire with a slow leak. I had to stop twice to put air in. Very inconvenient!

MICHAEL VFirst off you changed my location on the day before I was to pick up my rental. This put me 20-30 minutes farther from my original location. Second fly, the owner of this pick up location had no idea I was to pick up my rental and it took. Early 40 minutes to pick up the rental. Thirdly the ac did not work for the first half of the trip home and then when it wud work it was only intermittent. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with renting from your company. Then to add insult to injury I was still charged the same amount t even though I was inconvenienced at pick up and the equipment (ac) only half worked.
