They didn’t have the right size truck that I reserved 2 weeks ago. I only needed a 10ft truck and got stuck with a 26ft truck. They just handed me the keys and wished me luck. I had to drive it 3 hours over bridges and terrified the whole time. I would suggest going over procedures and policies more. I’ll probably never get a Uhaul again because the whole experience was horrible.

I paid in advance so everything would be ready when I arrived. Instead, the truck wasn't loaded with the dolly and blankets I'd rented, I was charged another couple of dollars (even though I had "paid in full" online), and the truck reeked of cigarettes, and there were ashes in the cup holder. The people there were nice, but it was a hectic atmosphere.

She rented us a truck to go 250 miles one way, but put the return destination as the pick up town at another dealer. It cost extra at the intended destination because they couldn't change it.

I originally booked the truck at a location closer to my home. It was changed to this location, for some reason. I guess they don't move vehicles from their other location. Not a big deal but it was not what I asked for. Had i not finally read the email, I would have gone to the wrong location.

I think it would have been nice it our trailer had been sweep out and not been full of grit and dust. Other than that the people were extra nice and helpful!

When returning a trailer by myself, the tongue weighs almost too much for one person. If there were some 6"X 6" blocks or cinder blocks available - at least it would make it easier and not having to make the lift UP and the all the way down to the ground. I don't know what the best answer is, but I almost couldn't get it done that day. Other than that, everything was flawless!

The pickup was a disaster. UHaul moved the pickup location, forcing an "unattended" pickup. They left me keys for one truck (the wrong truck). When I called, they gave me keys to another wrong truck. Ultimately, I had two keys to two different trucks, neither of those the assigned truck! After THREE hours, I finally left the lot with my truck, but without boxes that I needed. Had to get additional loading help because the people who were originally waiting for me had to go. Had to move my hotel reservations because we weren't able to drive as far since we were three hours later. Total disaster. The dealer was horrific and offered NO customer service whatsoever.

I had ordered a dozen furniture pads to do with my trailer rental. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have any pads. They were able to find some across town and I went and picked them up. Also, trailer leaked on trip and got things wet.

Gas tank was at 1/8 vs 1/4 of a tank. So make sure that you double check. Other than that, the truck was very dependable and I was able to use my bluetooth adapter through the radio. Thanks Uhaul!

The auto transport was poorly maintained. The ramps were very nearly impossible to pull out. Parts were rusting and difficult to work.

The truck was very hard to steer. It seems like it needs a wheel alignment and/or new tires, which I shared with the man working there when I returned it. I could only drive around 50 miles per hour when it was a smooth road.

1. Requested a 26’ truck, get to location they have me a 17’ truck so instead of making the one trip as I planed I had to make several. 2. Truck was not properly inspected. I get my stuff loaded and ready to go...tire is flat. Not just one but all the tires were way below recommended pressure. Finally after an hour we got all the tires aired up on to realize the one of the tires had a decree in it which was causing a slow leak. We decided we would just have to watch it as we were already an hour behind schedule and in a smaller truck that we had in rented for 24 hours. But here’s the kicker,the following morning the uhaul rental place called me to ask me to call roadside assistance so that i could have setup to have the tire fixed after I returned the uhaul. They were not worried with it before but now that it was brought to there attention they are concerned...that bull S. This truck should have been properly inspected and 100% before I even touched a toe in it. Shame on you uhaul!!! Your gonna have lots of problems if these unsafe trucks are continued to be rented

I received great customer service here only thing I didn’t like was my storage unit wasn’t an air conditioned one and I had to keep unit for 6 months with going to basic training. But service A+🇺🇸.
