The only reason for these ratings is that the location was closed and not accessible after hours or Sunday, which defeats the purpose of 24/7 rentals. There was no lock box to leave the key. I never met any personnel.

The address that it takes you to is wrong. The actual location of where the trucks are is actually across the highway from the address provided.

Make sure the ordered equipment is available with truck. We really needed the appliance dolly that I ordered but it was not in the truck. The representatives that we chatted with and even spoke with., made no effort to secure one for us. This was a disappointment.

I did my reservation using a Cash App debit card. When I went to pick up, they could not use Cash App debit card. This should be told on the website. I had to call and move money around.

Transport trailer I rented on 500 plus mile trip had a bad tire and I had to stop every 70 to80 miles to air it up. Stopped at a town wit 3 U-Haul dealers and none answered phones. Both places I dealt with was great but once again U-Haul sent me out with junk.

advise then to not listen and make the clerk do their job of check-in gin instead of saying park across 4 lane highway out side gate and drop the keys NO who knows when they are checking in the truck and its in an unsecured place

We didn’t get our equipment we ordered to help with the move then this specific location didn’t mention they were actually across the highway from the location given, we just sorta winged it. Definitely not worth the hassle.

The people at Kellys were great, the person that called me from the home office was an ass hole. He told me my reservation was cancelled due to the fact I did not pick up by noon on the day of pick up. I talked to the girl at Kelleys and told her it would be around 2-3pm before I could pick up, she said that would be fine. Guy at home office said he was still going to cancel the trailer. Moving is to stressful and that was un called for.

The truck was dirty in the inside and I needed to extend the keep of the truck and was told I couldn’t. Usually when renting a uhaul it’s for 24 hours. Also they charge me for 30 miles when I only used 10 miles and wouldn’t refund me my money which was $20.
