If this location is closed, don't go thru the app. Me and another couple were very confused as to where to go and pick up the trucks. The app took us to one location and the trucks were across a 4 lane highway. We went there only to have to return to the office area to connect in order to attempt to complete the process. We all ended up calling customer service. I called the owners they never returned my calls.

Let’s start by offering more than a half of tank of gas. I think it’s ridiculous that I’ve already spend over $300 in the Uhaul, then got charged for extra miles which was another $124 and also had to put $100 of my own money to get gas. NEVER booking again
