JESSE RThese guys were great however the corporate fucking idiots need to get their shit together in face this whole system would run a lot better if all corporate did was move trucks as they should and let the individual owners handle to rentals like for instance I was told I could drop at this location by a corporate member and then when I arrive on scene find I can't and thank God the lady and owner were able to help me complete the order by moving the trucks a few miles down the street again corporate uhaul F- the dealers who have to actually handle the shit A+ and uhaul better pray it stays the cheapest because without this I would be willing to bet they will fall
LEVI HOne thing I would recommend is the truck could have been parked in a different spot so I could take my pictures prior to moving the vehicle incase there are issues
DREW BDrop off was easy enough. The mobile pick up and drop off is a bit time consuming having to upload so many pictures, but it was pretty self explanatory.
Cynthia RWe tried telling the agent that the truck was not drivable. We lost our entire morning waiting to find out what we had already told the agent. We had to get a new truck. I was paying movers to help me so I lost a tone of money on Sunday. The agent would not give me anything for the inconvenience. I was not impressed with the customer service I received.

ANNE SThe only improvements I can suggest I have to do with the online rental process I was having exceptional difficulties getting the app to work even with the location turned on it was still not working at all luckily a friendly staff member at this location was able to resolve the issue however when I arrive to return the U-Haul after business hours it took an extended amount of time for the app to work.
ALISHA Mmake sure the truck will actually work. had to wait for an hour after when picking up the truck because the battery was dead. After calling uhaul and being transferred to 3 different people it just felt like I was just being passed on to someone else cause noone wanted to deal with me.
Thaddius FHad to contact the local rental agent as the last renter placed the keys in the after hours drop box - which when I dropped off the rental I was instructed to do the same thing Since I returned with the app it would be nice to have a Wi-Fi access point. It took me 15 - 20 minutes just waiting to get a signal via cell data because no WiFi available.

Keith GRepair some of the dents so thete aren't so many. Or else paint exes on them. The stickers fade.

Corrine CMiranda was amazing! I can tell she really enjoyed her job. I picked up my rental truck and transport at 4:45pm. Even though I was loading my car on the transport after 5:00pm (after closing) she came and helped me. That meant a lot...and it was 107 degrees outside. She went above and beyond what was expected and she should get noticed for it. Thank you.

David JThere was no jack or anything to get the trailer up to the height of the hitch. Luckily I had brought a friend to help me lift it up or else I would not have been able to get the trailer. The lady working was helpful but she would not have been able to help.
THANIEL GThere were no UHaul signs. There were no lights. It was a storage place. It was at night, in an area we were not familar with & it was the 1st time dropping it off after hours...The location for a drop off was great... but a sign & lights would have helped 100%.

MICHAEL KThought it was a bit strange that the worker asked us to park the big truck since she hit the fence the other time. I am sure it was so she could blame us. We will NEVER use Uhaul again. They would not let us switch to the lower advertised price! HORRIBLE!
CAMERON Sfirst location (Curley's Texaco, Richland) had defective equipment with no alternative. Had a hard time finding another trailer--took 2 hours but finally found one available and service there was very good.
