The only improvements I can suggest I have to do with the online rental process I was having exceptional difficulties getting the app to work even with the location turned on it was still not working at all luckily a friendly staff member at this location was able to resolve the issue however when I arrive to return the U-Haul after business hours it took an extended amount of time for the app to work.ALISHA M.
make sure the truck will actually work. had to wait for an hour after when picking up the truck because the battery was dead. After calling uhaul and being transferred to 3 different people it just felt like I was just being passed on to someone else cause noone wanted to deal with me.Thaddius F.

Had to contact the local rental agent as the last renter placed the keys in the after hours drop box - which when I dropped off the rental I was instructed to do the same thing Since I returned with the app it would be nice to have a Wi-Fi access point. It took me 15 - 20 minutes just waiting to get a signal via cell data because no WiFi available.Roger C.

Miranda was amazing! I can tell she really enjoyed her job. I picked up my rental truck and transport at 4:45pm. Even though I was loading my car on the transport after 5:00pm (after closing) she came and helped me. That meant a lot...and it was 107 degrees outside. There was no jack or anything to get the trailer up to the height of the hitch. Luckily I had brought a friend to help me lift it up or else I would not have been able to get the trailer. The lady working was helpful but she would not have been able to help.THANIEL G.
There were no UHaul signs. There were no lights. It was a storage place. It was at night, in an area we were not familar with & it was the 1st time dropping it off after hours...The location for a drop off was great... but a sign & lights would have helped 100%.JIM M.

Thought it was a bit strange that the worker asked us to park the big truck since she hit the fence the other time. I am sure it was so she could blame us. We will NEVER use Uhaul again. They would not let us switch to the lower advertised price! HORRIBLE!CAMERON S.

first location (Curley's Texaco, Richland) had defective equipment with no alternative. Had a hard time finding another trailer--took 2 hours but finally found one available and service there was very good.JIM M.

The place we rented from was very clean and presentable and exceptionally friendly, but lacked the knowledge to charge us properly which ended up making us short on gas money for a tight trip! After that all got worked out the truck massively leaked. That truck is NOT water resistant at all. Our futon, recliner, tax records, 1 xbox, 2 vintage desks, double dresser, 3 twin mattress sets, all our kids paperback books, and even a bone growth stem machine ALL RUINED! I will never rent another uhaul! Couldve gotten over the overcharge, everyone makes mistakes, but ruining a bunch of my stuff followed by the knowledge that the truck wasnt taked out for repair it was put on the lot for rerental is NOT EXCUSABLE! Now the next person will get their things ruined too!BRANDY N.

We tried to find a trailer - the first location said they did not have one after 20 minutes of asking us irrelevant questions and there was not one anywhere in the area. I called a second location - they had one. Went there, the address was wrong on the information. Finally found it, the trailer bolts were sheered off, couldn't use it. Found another one way across town. Went over there, picked up trailer. The clerk hooked up the trailer. My husband had to stop and re-hook it, it was not tightened down. We finally got on the road with the trailer 2 and a half hours after our original reservation time. Then when we returned the trailer, they (Kennedy) tried to charge us for a plug we didn't buy. U-Haul sucks. This is not the first time we have had problems with the idiots they hire. Unfortunately, no one else in our area rents enclosed trailers.debbie A.

I did everything online and I called a day before my scheduled move only to find out that I wasn't getting a 26' truck and that I could only get a 20' truck. I had labor that ended costing me more because I had to make a couple of trips due to lack of cargo space. Confirmation was not accurate. It would be good if you let your customers know about any changes. I hope to have a better experience when I try to book a 26' truck in October.FRANK R.

I had rented 2 trucks. According to the receipt I should have received 2 months free storage. He denied that and said I couldn't use it. Then he tried to charge me for fuel because I was short 1 gallon. No way to tell that & I had been told to just get it as close as I could that a gallon or 2 wouldn't matter. Then I just recently had to rent a truck from him to move everything out. He told me the small trucks do not have ramps so that I had to rent a larger truck. I found out afterwards that yes the small trucks do have ramps. This experience has left me thinking that U-Haul is a large company and is okay with the stores ripping people off. What would make me use U-Haul again would be to have the money reimbursed for the 2 months free rent I should have received and the difference between the small truck and the larger one which I had to pay for twice as well.
