Useless. Just my back having to unload the trailer by myself. Was told "just put it over there for me". Had to rent from this location 2 years ago and received same service picking up. Zero help. Useless location.

TIMMOTHY RThe mobile check in wasn’t working. It took me 2 hours to get help. I went through 3 people trying to request help and the second person hung up on me. The locks are broken/jammed. I will NEVER come back again.

SAMUEL FI had to upgrade my U-Haul truck to a bigger size. Was told for over an hour that there was told there were no U-Hauls. Called a location twice by mistake and suddenly they had one. Was sent 35 min up the Rd and not given the gate code to get in, finally got the code and followed the instructions through the app to get the key, only the key was missing. Spent another 2 hours in the heat calling people and being transferred an not getting an answer I explained to them I was on a tight deadline and still was given the run around. Finally they sent an area manager to the location. After 3.5 hours of frustration the manager finally showed up to take the key out of the return lock box. When I continued to call I was told over an over I'm sorry there's nothing we can do. I was told I will have to wait, and I was hung up on a few times.

Michael DThis location was not open till the posted time so when we showed up we filled out the online app and towed away the trailer that we reserved. Not sure if the location or U-Haul cancelled the reservation a day later. We were already 1000 miles away when receiving the email. U-Haul said if I didn’t call they could have reporters it stolen. Notes were put in their system and said you will be good. A day later the reservation was cancelled again. We were even farther away and almost crossing the border to Canada . We had to call again to make sure we were not crossing the border with a reported stolen trailer. Really not sure whose fault this was but we finally received our receipt 5 days later…….. wonder what would have happened if I didn’t look at my emails !!!!!! Hmmmmm🤔
CTFP EHand truck was not in truck and no one was on site. Would never recommend or use Kennesaw self storage site again

JIM KThere was no one there to assist. There was a car leaving so the gate was open. The cell service in that area is terrible so it took 20 minutes to get the truck. Then when I returned the truck I didn't have a code get back through the gate. I think I was charged extra. I can't tell because I still haven't received a receipt! I know the $19.95 truck hit my bank account for over $100.00. It's 2 days later and I still don't have a receipt. I'll never use U haul again!!!

Roger FRenting Uhaul process was smooth and easy. Plus the women there that handled my rental were kind and patient with me. I love it when a business takes good care of their customers. Thank you Uhaul for giving me a great first experience.

DARRYL JThe only hurdle was getting through the gate upon arrival. I was lucky and a storage unit customer came so I was able to gain entry with them. While I was going through the mobile phone check-in, another U-Haul customer came and couldn't get in either (this was Saturday morning). I was able to let them in by pretending to leave the lot so they could return the U-Haul trailer they had. The gate code should be provided to the customers with scheduled pick up or drop off reservations.
Shauna vEntrance was behind a locked gate and I didn’t have a code. Called customer service and they did the best they could. Finally got in by someone coming out of the lot and I was able to drive through.
Wayne AMy appliance dolly was not on the truck and all the furniture pad more than I requested were thrown all over the back of truck unfolded. I was told over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged and yet they only took off the appliance dolly. Worse U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.
Tiffany LFind manager that is willing to work better with customers. I made a few mistakes on my move such as not following the app correctly and leaving a dolly at the pick up location. In the end I still returned the truck a day early but was charged a late fee and still charged for the dolly as missing equipment. Even though the dolly is not missing.

Darryl CMy experience with this location was not a good one. My assistant reserves Uhauls for my business often & I have never had any problems until I used this location. Will never come here again.
DONALD CCustomer service was lacking to say the least. The receptionist upfront seemed to imply everything was my fault during check-in, even though she acknowledged she did not have the truck or equipment ready when I arrived. Also, the dolly I rented for an extra charge was not in the truck and when I returned the truck and told her I did not have one, she told me it was my responsibility to check for it and charged me anyways. It was only $7, but it was just her overall attitude. I used this location out of proximity to my location, but l should’ve known from their 2 stars on Google that my experience would be poor.
Deanna PHad pickup at a different location, but was switched to this location because of vehicle availability. Would prefer to do the initial pickup at the counter than on my smartphone but it worked out in the end.

John EI returned my trunk at 1:57 pm. The sign on the door said open, but the door was locked. I was in a time church , so I had to login and do a self check in. I parked the truck in the closest legal spot to the office. As we were leaving, a car drove up. I asked if she were an employee. She barked, “why are you parked there?” I said it was the closest place and assumed they would want to inspect the truck before putting it into inventory. She again barked, “don’t you see the other 2 trucks parked down the hill? It’s “obvious that is where I should have parked.” I said it was not clear, and there were no instructions on where to park, other than make sure it is a legal spot. She then said she would move it, but charge me a “nice fee “ for having to do so. I was not about to allow her to do so. I got the keys back and moved the truck I was in no way pleased with her service or attitude. A modern day Tale of Two Cities.

Jawuan BThe staff was very unprofessional. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 11 but when I got there the store was closed. I called and came back at 11:45 and asked what happened and the lady at the desk gave me no explanation she just told me that I should have checked in online (my reservation was for in person check-in). When I told her that every time I have used U-Haul and tried to check in online I would have issues so I tried to save myself the hassle. She was very rude and had a dog in the store off leash! My truck had leaves in the back and old paper and receipts in the cab. I can get over the dirty truck but I cannot excuse rude behavior. I was trying to upload my drivers license and I followed the prompts correctly, I even made it to the confirmation screen saying that I submitted everything. When the lady at the front desk pulled up my account she said that my information was not uploaded. I figured something like this would happen considering I always have issues with the U-Haul website. I tried again and she got mad at me and told me she would not rent me the truck if I could not figure it out. She took it as far as to turn the screen at me and she hit the screen multiple times. I had to submit and resubmit my information four times. This lady kept saying it was my fault and I had to figure it out when clearly it was the website. My drop off time was at 4pm. I was done early and got back to the store at 3:30. She was literally on her way out. As I was walking up to the store she was lowering the blinds. This store needs new employees.

Jehison MTruck was a bit dirty (windshield and inner cab) and the front-end was not aligned. The steering wheel was at 8 & 2 instead of 9 and 3. The alignment item was a problem during the drive 250 mile drive and probably cost more with mileage efficiency.

Sam ATruck was filthy. Very unfriendly, lazy staff. Office not easily marked or identified. Only went 10 miles and was charged $24.00 for fuel, which is ludicrous. Door handle of truck fell off when trying to roll down window. Very dissatisfied with this rental. Will never again be back and plan to contact corporate regarding this unacceptable experience. This place falls well below U-Haul standards and should not be an authorized rental location.

Matthew SThe wrong key was left in the pickup box. I had to wait for over 3 hours in the heat for someone to come only for the key to still not be available. The gentleman that came to help was awesome and cut a new key and was surprised that I was out there for so long. The wait caused me to fall behind schedule with the moving help team so I had to pay additional money out of pocket for more time. Then I dropped the truck off only to find out that they were surprised that it didn't break down on me. I have used U-Haul numerous times over the years to help people move, but after this experience, I doubt I'll ever use them again!

The back door wouldn’t close properly either. This whole ordeal caused us to be late getting our property moved out when we had hired movers waiting.

Chris MStop giving out the Wrong trucks, and when you do give out trucks make sure that they have gas in them so Customers shouldn’t have to drive all over the place looking to get gas at four in the morning.. Then you guys want to charge them for over the mileage

Deja WThe vehicle I was assigned was defective. Odometer didn’t work, gas gauge didn’t work and I drove it for 21 miles, tap up with 2 gallons and was charged for 7 gals plus a$30 gas service charge. Absolutely awful experience. I am now awaiting a response to my dispute of these ridiculous gas charges

Don EOriginally I made my reservation at another location then I got a text that said that my reservation was changed and to call them, so I did. They gave me the new location and when I arrived at the new location on the Saturday that I made the reservation for there was no one there and the gate was locked. We had a hard time getting help and when we finaly got to tal to the manager at that location he said that they should have explained to me that I needed a gate code and other instructions to get my reserved truck. No one explained anything thing to us when they changed the reservation and even though the manager did help us and we did get the reserved truck this was a very frustrating experience. We have never had this problem before and we always rent from U haul. Why did the original place make the reservation for a truck that they did not have?
