I had a great experience with this U-Haul location and the equipment. Everything went as planned. Applying for the truck and returning it to Kenny's Auto, even on a Sunday, went very smoothly. OSCAR HEasy drop off and close to my destination.
DAVID LApp wouldnt let me upload pictures App wouldnt let me take pictures even with permissions. App wouldnt let me drop off trailer 24/7 drop off was not 24/7 no way to differentiate Uhaul pickup couldnt locate mulvane drop off Uhaul drop off location wouldnt not return calls. Would not answer phone during hours. No return call from regional manager. No return call from drop off even after Uhaul call center stated theyd require a call back wether or not there were addition charges. Links dont work with Opera GX a google owned browser.

Anne BI had to drive an hour to the location to pick up my truck and equipment when there were U-Haul dealers in my town as requested. I was told I would get an extra hundred miles AND a $100 discount. I did receive the 100 miles BUT did not receive the discount. Very disappointed in U-Haul. Also the office smelled of cigarettes. I did not appreciate having to smell that.
Laura BOvercharged. Dried blood and fur in the cargo box. Charged an additional unknown fee two days later. Will not return phone call’s inquiring about additional fees.

Shelbey BCare. They guy told me that he has seen the trucks come in smelling so bad of pot that all he could do is open all doors and windows for days to air. No one should have to sit in someone else's filth....moving is hard enough without the extra stress, especially in a pandemic.

JOSEPH BOnly complaint is the city we moved to has alot of uhaul places, we tried to return to a location that we were told we could since it was only 2 min from our house, the lady at the uhaul place refused to take our uhaul since it was not our original destination. Very disappointed in that service ...otherwise it was ok.

Randy PIt is a challenge, but entry road needs a little work to level out potholes. Not a major problem but a matter of upkeep. Thank you for your good service.
Larry JI rent trailers from u-haul probably 10-15 times a year. I am given the option for six hours but this time said I only needed it for four. I returned it within two hours and was charged double?? Will NEVER do business with again!!
