I had a great experience with this U-Haul location and the equipment. Everything went as planned. Applying for the truck and returning it to Kenny's Auto, even on a Sunday, went very smoothly. Easy drop off and close to my destination.
DAVID LApp wouldnt let me upload pictures App wouldnt let me take pictures even with permissions. App wouldnt let me drop off trailer 24/7 drop off was not 24/7 no way to differentiate Uhaul pickup couldnt locate mulvane drop off Uhaul drop off location wouldnt not return calls. Would not answer phone during hours. No return call from regional manager. No return call from drop off even after Uhaul call center stated theyd require a call back wether or not there were addition charges. Links dont work with Opera GX a google owned browser.
