Told me everything was fine and tried to charge me another $100 until I called but still kelp my $100 and I brought the truck back on time , it was clean, I got it with no gas but the nerve of some people.

The truck drove well it had over a half a tank of gas it was clean it did not smell. I am satisfied with today's service at kensfood in Harvey Illinois.

Brittney RLast time I will use a site where I can't have customer service employee. Had issues with internet dropout. Took 45 minutes to pick up the truck because I had a 7:30 pickup and Ken's wasn't open until 10am. If it wasn't for my wife's phone, an iphone, I wouldn't have been able to get the truck. My phone is an android. I couldn't connect online.

rorie bUnprofessional, waited over thirties minutes just to talk to someone. While talking the guy seem confused and irritated because he knew nothing of my order. So he calls someone on the phone, talked with him, then gave me the phone. It was a lot of back and forward communicating, then finally OVER an hour we had access to the U-Haul. After getting the U-Haul we had to use the key in every U-Haul to find the right truck. Not to mention we had to clean off the snow ourselves. But it didn’t stop there. We told them we didn’t know how to hook up a transport they assured us that someone would help. Got there about 9:30pm the next day, there was confusion again. Finally someone started off helping but walked off when he didn’t know what to do next. He says I know how to hook this part up, but not the car. Okay that was fine, at least he was honest. When we arrived home, the transport popped off so we went to Uhaul in Hammond, In (822 165th St.) and Ryan explained it to us that it wasn’t their responsibility, but him and the others were really helpful. If it wasn’t for them, we would of never made it to Missouri safely.

Sterlen JI reserved the truck 9/30/19 for 9/31/19 at 10 am. I got there to pick truck up at exactly 9:50 am on the 31st the truck that I had reserved didn't arrive till 11:15. I had gotten dropped off at the location so I had to stand in a liquor store for over an hour i will never use this location again

Dharmpalsinh DMy experience with my U-HAUL rental was a great one. I believe a large part of that had to do with scheduling through the Uhaul reservation department. The costumer service representative asked a few questions and in less than 3 minutes, she gave me three locations that had the size truck I needed. The representative made my reservation over the phone. When I reached Ken’s Food (off site U-Haul rentals), Ken had everything ready and I spent less than 5 minutes in the store. The truck I used was a newer model. It had a few amenities not commonly found in the ‘OLD SCHOOL’ trucks; spot for charging phones, cup holder, both adjacent to the driver’ seat. I would definetly would use them again!

Desmond wI reserved a truck in advance pickup time 930am and when I was on my way to pick it up .I received a call telling me that the truck was not there it had not been returned. And I had to call around at the last minute trying to find another ONE at a different location which was much farther away from my move.And was not given any compensations for my inconvenience. VERY NOT PLEASED!!! NEVER HAVE HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE WITH YOU GUYS BEFORE!!!
Tanya PPut the wrong drop off location on contract and told me it wouldn't matter but after taking to uhaul customer service and 2 different departments I was told to call them back and request for them to update the drop off location to avoid expensive fees

Lydia BSupposed to pick up in Hammond location and as I am parking in the lot at 7:50 am for an 8 am pick up, I get a text saying they don’t have it and to go to Harvey for 10 am pick up. Totally messed up my whole day by 2 hours, not to mention this is the second time they have done this in 4 months. What’s the point of making a reservation for a location and receiving a confirmation # if you don’t stick to the agreement.

Not like the moving company that I had they are very nice at first but after they have your thing’s they are ass holes they tell you that your things will get deliver within five days and it’s not true you have to wait he’s three weeks to four
Gabriela smy reservation was "lost" it took me a total of 5 hours with customer service to fix the problem. most of the people at customer service were rude and hard to understand. I was given the truck a little under 1/4 tank of gas in it, returned it the way it was received and was charged.... i was also quoted $694 on the phone and it was $805. this entire experience was a disaster and completely over priced. dudes at kens were nice and helpful. that was the only positive thing i could say.

Thomas KThe Truck was beyond dirty, there was no dolly in the truck and it ran like a very old truck. Didn't feel safe in it at all. The staff at the store were great and welcoming, but their equipment was terrible.

After driving around the address for a time a resident of the neighborhood informed me that the uhaul store had been closed for several months. Your website should be updated to reflect active locations only. The rep at Ken's was very helpful and efficient, however, and left me with an overall positive experience.

Albert LAppointment was for 930 I arrived at 920 the uhaul agent wasn't available to release the truck. I didn't get my truck until shortly after 11. Agent wouldn't answer calls. No courtesy call was made. And when he arrived wasn't even apologetic! Worse experience ever!!!
