Don't have a clue what they doing charge $145 for deposit I've never paid a deposit for a u haul added insurance after I told them no charge me $30 for 3 gallons of gas after I refilled the u haul there never gave me a receipt I was told I would get it via email because the guy there didn't know how to close it out just worse experience I ever had with uhaul

Trailer had debris in it, rocks-pottery pieces-Twiggs and branches, staff didn’t understand what I was renting, tried to say I rented a different trailer than what I needed when we went outside to hookup trailer. Then tried to tell me I was wrong, after I educated them that I rent weekly and have been since January from another location they hooked up the trailer. When I returned the trailer they did not check the equipment in and I received a legal action notice via text from U-Haul which stating I was being held responsible for the trailer not being turned in. This prompted a phone call to U-Haul to express my concern and frustration towards this location and how I will not be back to rent from here and will really appreciate that U-Haul does a better job in supporting their partners that they let host and represent their brand. I have never had an issue from any other location but this has swayed me as I am seeking other means to rely on in the future for rental needs.
Bryan JThis location is kind of sketch. When we first arrived, the doors were locked. The man working was on smoke break, he was on the phone the whole time and didn't bother to get off the phone while helping us get the truck. He didn't speak English very well. I'm glad my husband was with me, I definitely wouldn't have felt comfortable here by myself. Returning the truck, was a woman at the front who also didn't speak English. She just took the keys and gave a thumbs-up, she didn't even ask our name. We asked for a receipt and she said no. So, feeling very uncomfortable (what's stopping her from saying we didn't return the truck?) we called customer service to inform them that we did return the truck. Overall, this location felt very uncomfortable.

Natalia AI normally have had a great experience when dealing with U-haul on Gandy Blvd. Unfortunately, the truck I needed was not available at my preferred location so I had to pick up at the Columbus location. The location was not in a good part of town. The truck was dirty and had broken glass in the back. I paid for a dolly, but when I went to pick up I was told the truck did not have one. The manager had to loan me his personal dolly, which was old and extremely heavy. The truck had a check engine light and while driving it kicked and bucked like a wild horse. When I was done loading and went to lock the truck using the supplied lock, I discovered it did not work. Again, I love U-haul, and will most likely use you again, but these little mom and pop shops that rent U-hauls on the side, I will never use again.

Tyler MFirst of all, I made a reservation in the waters location and when I got there, they did not have the truck ready because the customer before did not return it. They sent me to another location, which gave me the truck. I need it. However, when I went to return it, I went to return it at the first location that would not accept it then to be sent to the second location that was willing to accept it. So my experience would have been excellent if all this would not have occurred. Yes, I still would recommend U-Haul because they are a good company just a little bit of bad apples. Thank you very much.

Subhaash KThis location was very accommodating. The purpose of this rental was to assist a friend whose home was flooded due to Hurricane Helene. I needed to delay the reservation twice and the owner did so with a smile. High recommend this location.
