How U-Haul Reviews WorkI returned the trailer on the day I was supposed to and still got charged for an additional day. On top of that I received an email and a text message two days later saying that I had not returned the U-Haul trailer. Lack of communication between location and U-Haul. Get it together !
Alvaro RWas awesome I love it
Rashid MDidn't expect me. Provided no confirmation. Not helpful for where to put the item. Helped other customers while I waited.
NICKLAS MOriginal pickup location called the day before to assign this location. Trailer had cardboard, pallets as well as trash, dirt and grime. I have pictures of me cleaning it out and sweeping it. The worst experience I have ever had with UHaul!
