Booking at a Valparaiso location was pleasant. However, I found out an hour before picking up the truck at the first Crown Point location that I did not have a truck ready for me there as I booked a 1-way trip and that location did not provide that service. The regional rep was great to find me another location which was Kevin's. Doing the mobile checkin was not smooth and had to wait on the 800 line for over 20 mins and I just hangup and left without getting insurance coverage when I wanted it. It took me 4+ hours to get my truck from the time I had to leave my home and then return to home. Not pleasant.ROBERT N.

Drop off location kept changing and had to drive 3 cities over to drop off when I was told the ace hardware in portage Indiana would take it. They refused the drop off at the door and the next town over, the main uhaul number said already had â€œtoo manyâ€ even though the location told me they could fit it. Had to drive to a dangerous part of Gary indiana to drop off. I will not be using uhaul again and am waiting on a call from uhaul Monday morning to issue my refund as I was told by 2 different reps they would be reaching out to do thisBrandon C.

I rented a U-Haul for one way. I was told that the price I was given was for 4 days. Totally my fault for not actually reading the contract but I assumed that the woman knew what she was talking about. I actually had 2 days and had to rush to unload.Pamela B.

I was suppose to pick up my truck at another location and 10 minutes before my pick up i get a call from you guys telling me my truck is not available and i would have to go to another location. I had people here and ready to go for my move and then I had to delay it because I had to go somewhere else to get the truck which was 3 miles father from my original pickup. then I had to pay for the extra 6 miles of travel.I should of been called at least 1-2 hours prior to my pick up.Donna K.
