The key pickup boxes were not in an obvious location and did not come with any signs, which delayed my pickup significantly. They were bolted to a telephone pole in the corner of the parking lot.

The only thing that needs to be improved is there needs to be a sign that indicates the pick up boxes better The return boxes is pointed out very well with a large sign the pick up boxes. You barely can identify unless you are seriously looking.
