This location is convenient , professional and friendly with many available options to rent. Pricing is good but per mile, like most everything nowadays, is getting unaffordable.

SCOTT VAt first I was upset with having to travel so far to pick up the equipment (50 miles). Turned out it was my good fortune. We were moving my Mother-in-law from Orchard Park to San Jose. I was concerned Uhaul was trying to unload some scrap heap on us. According to a sticker on the truck, Kev's Garage did an inspection of the equipment, and I'm going to assume they did some maintenance to prepare for the trip. The truck preformed like a champ. According to highway truck scales, the truck and auto trailer weighed 18,660 lbs. It took us up and down the Rockies with no problem, and did the same through the Sierras. My thanks to Kev and his team for easing the burden on a long an tiresome trip!!

Kathleen PEverything was fine. The personnel at Kev's were excellent. The only issue I have is being charged $15 for a cleaning fee. The unit was not pristine on the interior and I cleaned it before the return. I sent it back cleaner than I got it. Then I saw the fee on the final invoice.
Warren SApp doesn't work for picking up or returning vehicles. Extremely difficult opening the padlock. Great location when it's open.

Christopher LThe rental was easy and properly priced. The woman at Kev's was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I had an issue removing the bolt to install the hitch. I think it was the owner was very curt and not very cooperative. I asked for some WD-40 and he made me feel like I was stupid.
Edward SMaybe find a better way to secure the dolly in the back. I have my own dolly so I didn’t need to use the dolly in the truck. Upon returning the truck, someone the dolly dislodged from the holder on the wall breaking the green seal so I’m sure I’ll be charged for something i didn’t use. Good scam if that’s what you’re trying to do. Otherwise the truck and service were great

Thomas SCharged a “cleaning fee” even though I had already swept out the truck and returned it “clean”. I suspect the use the excuse of charging a “cleaning fee” often to generate extra fees. Unfortunately I had already left the drop off location before I received the added charge..

gloria bThis comment is more bout process than to do with the rental location. There is just way too much paperwork and far too time consuming to rent a trailer from Uhaul. It took me close to 40 minutes to get a trailer, most of the time was spent on computer checks, paperwork and the like. You need to streamline the process for trailer rentals. It's gotta be; photo the license run the credit card, hook it up, light check and go! No fault of the location, staff were great and very helpfull.
Andre PI was trying to pick up my truck for 2 hours. It would not let me sign into my account because it said it needed to verify my email but it wasn’t sending me anything. I am very disappointed
Derek DThis is a moving company that absolutely dropped the ball assisting with my moving experience. I ordered a uhaul box truck(that was fine) but I ordered 2 XL BOXES 2 med 2 large and TAPE I paid $19 for those items but they WERE NOT PROVIDED IN THE TRUCK. I called customer service about 10 times because I was moving for one day only and needed the additional boxes and the tape. No customer service rep could help me I was even hung up on and spoke to a supervisor who still couldn’t assist. I was told the boxes/tape weren’t on the receipt. Well that’s funny because I have the screenshot of the order(items and amount) and the pending transaction for $19 from my card so that’s strange. I was never provided the moving boxes after spending over an hour calling different customer service reps and a sup. Horrible moving experience, I probably would not use this company again and just get friends/family with trucks. Will be much cheaper and way less stressful.

Debra HThis was the worst experience with them renting a U-Haul. First, after completing everything on my phone when we get there, they say they need more verification, which was to speak to someone who could verify my authenticity. This was 830 in the morning. After 45 minutes on the phone with the representative. We were now able to get the combination to the truck. The lock was corroded. The combination was not working for them to now have to transfer us to a new truck which was twice the size. While we were going through this, there was another couple at this location experiencing the exact same thing. I don’t think I will ever use this service again not a great experience.

Shelley PRented 26' it was a great truck, the best we ever rented. It was clean, no payments with anything.
Valerie RDrop off was handled very efficiently. I never had to enter the actual building as I was met in the parking lot. The whole thing took about 5 minutes.
Joseph HWe accidentally looked the keys inside and they claimed to have no back up keys....bullshit. I was charged 75 extra for opening the door,(they claimed to have broken the window to get in) as well as a 81 dollar cleaning fee. Who rents vehicles and has no spare keys!? Cleaning fee was bullshit !

Tatum LYou need fix the glitch in the self pick application. When get to the section asking for a tax number a zero is shown. Without any explanation it's just there and you assume you can go forward if do not have or need such a number.BIG mistake. Without deleting the zero you can not go any further. I spent almost 2 hours talking to six of your specialist and nobody knew the answer. If it weren't for my sister asking what would happen if tried do erase the zero , I probably would have totally given up! Otherwise everything else was 100%

Kim SThe Customer wasn't the problem..the Mobil/Virtual Process was! Very confusing, Fustrating, and time consuming! Nothing but problems and I verified everything and spoke with 3 Representatives! Definitely wouldn't recommend that Process to anyone..ever!
