The location was closed when we dropped off. The lady was still inside I dropped the key off in their drop box waved to her and proceeded to leave. Upon arriving to kroger I received a text saying we needed to check the truck back in by taking photos and failure to do so would result in a 20 dollar fee. We were never informed about this process. I was going to head back after I shopped and check it back in. Leaving kroger I received a payment alert stating that I had been charged by uhaul for the convenience fee... not only did I feel like I wasn't informed I also feel as though I wasn't given enough time to do it.David P.
The vehicle was filthy inside and out../and your website to check it out and in are soooooooooooo slow and it was a terribly aggravating experienceBrandon B.

I have rented three U haul trucks within the past 45 days and this by far was the most disappointing. The cab was not clean, I did not get my did not get my furniture dollies as requested and there was no person in the contact so I wasn't able to go ask for these dollies within the store because they didn't open up until 3:30 in the afternoon and I picked up at 10 AM. While it was easy to get to the location access the key and check in in I was disappointed with the pickup experience.Timothy S.

Went to return granted it was after hours but when arrived pulled up the online thing to check out ans it would never load so had to leave without doing it. Ans now ended up getting charged $20. I mistakenly forgot to put gas in which was my fault as I had something upsetting happen shortly before so understand being charged for gas. The location didn't look like much at allMarjorie B.

Lady was getting in her car to leave and I asked about problem with app. She had no clue. I had minimal cell coverage and no wifi. Web site would not let me provide fuel amt...app would not let me upload pics. Used web app...pic shows full tank....better not get charged for gas as I picked it up with approx 3/4 tankPAUL C.

truck was very dirty. ashes all over door. stunk. gas was on 1/8th of a tank and there was some issue with the checkout process even though I checked in on line. so it ran me late to the event I was renting the truck for. on top of having to stop and get gas to make it there. terribleLeslie S.

I was unable to open the lock box for over an hour. Which stinks but I wasn't nearly as frustrated by that as I was with the condition of the truck. The truck was absolutely disgusting on the inside. Not only that but it smelled like someone had been smoking inside, which I thought was against your policy. Overall, extremely unhappy with my experience with Uhaul and the Lock And Key of Enon location.Colin B.
The app would not let me report the vehicle dirty. It smelled of cigarettes and had ash all over both seats. But when I clicked clean and then submit it went right in to the next step. Truck was nice and ran well.Brody L.

Don't charge an after hours fee an not fully explain it to people. I was not told up front about this fee an even though I returned my truck within my four hour time period was still charged the extra fee. Will not be using this service again unless this issue is fixedSamantha S.

Customer service employees were nice, but would much rather I did everything online. Hard to get them from behind the desk to do their job. Returned the rental and employee did not want to even bother with checking in the vehicle, and wanted me to do it online. I did not want to do that, and she finally agreed and did her job.David K.

I have a complain about this location, as per our agreement I rented the truck at 130pm on a Saturday for 24 hours, the location office informed me that I could drop the key on a "key box" before 6pm, I used the truck for less than 2 hours and returned with full tank, no damage whatsoever and I was still charged an extra day. I'll make sure to voice my complain on all medias if I'm not reimbursed for the extra charges. It is a completely disrespect with the customer the fact that they charge for an extra day even if their Office is closed.VALDEMAR S.

I pulled in the entrance and the woman who worked there ran out screaming that I had no business leaving a uhaul truck there. She refused to believe that I was delivering the truck to the correct location until I showed her the paperwork with their address clearly listed as the dropoff location. I pucked up the truck yesterday morning at 10am, and we dropped it off to the Key and lock location at 3:30pm the same day. When I followed the woman into the cigarette smoke filled office, she continued to scream at me, telling me I had no business dropping of a truck that size to their location. I asked her if she needed anything more from me, and she said no after she picked up the office phone and told me, "Someone better come and pick up that [expletive] truck right now." This morning I recieved an email with a receipt from this location of an additional $25 charge for a late dropoff. The receipt claims I dropped the truck off this morning at 9:30am, and not yesterday afternoon at 3:30pm. When I called up their office to dispute the charge, I was initially told by the same woman that was there yesterday that I dropped off the vechicle when they were closed. I told her that that was inaccurate as we were both there inside of the office while she was screaming at me about the truck, so the office was clearly open. At this, she changed her story and said that the fee is due to their having to deal with such a large truck being left on their lot. I asked her if this is the case, why was I not notified of this prior to my having scheduled the rental, not to mention, why is that charge labelled as a late drop off charge on the receipt? She told me that it is just how they had to code it. I told her that didnt make any sense and that this charge needs to be taken off of my debit card asap. She refused to do so. I hung up and called the 1800uhaul number and spoke to a cs agent named Vicky about my ordeal with this location. She immediately offered to file a complaint on my behalf, and said that a refund should be issued within 3 business days or less. This location is a joke.Toni C.

Using the farm for someone that doesn't do a lot with the cell phone wasn't very good experience I didn't like it at all and it took a long time to use the phone to get to the links I'd rather deal with someone in person and I won't never use the phone again they have to be someone there for me to sign a paper with a pencilmarsha R.

That lady is crazy. Came out swinging her arms and yelling st us telling us we couldn't leave our rental there. This was the address for drop off. She was an idiot. Rude and nasty. My uhaul days are OVER. After this fiasco, Penske definitely has my business! We own a business franchise and one of our trucks broke down. I rented a Penske last week. Will never rent from Uhaul or refer . NEVER. Hopefully I never run into that rude witch from the Enon location ever again. She's nuts.trisha T.

I checked in online and it still took 50 minutes for me to get the truck. I had requested a dolly and pads for my move. I was charged for pads but didn't not receive pads. When I inquired about pads she told me it would take her additional time to locate the pads. I requested a credit for the pads since I was charged. Still have not received the credit.Caressa M.

I was charged for rental equipment that i said i didnt want and it was already in the truck. Then i was charged .99 cents per mile when i was told it would only .33 cents. I was also given two different addresses to pick up from and not the correct number to find out where i had to go. Worse place ever!!!!DANIELLE T.
