This location was quick and knew how to do everything to make my time short. In the past - I had to wait to get the unit and also had to wait to process the return and run my receipt. They made using UHaul easy! I would want to use them the next time I rent!John B.

The vehicle was slightly messy when rented. There is setting to change volume for the chime when doors open or seashells off yet u cannot turn the volume any lower than halfway down. I'm not sure who would want to make an already inferriating noise go up any louder. Plus the gas tank was 1/2 full when rented to us and when returned we had to prove it was filled up exsactly to where it was when we got it. I would hate to be the nieve person that doesn't take photo proof and gets stuck with the bill. Other than that the rental person was very sweet and helpful, excellent customer serviceKymberlyn M.
Super easy, came outside to say hello and verify I could park where I parked. Since ending up having to do the 24/7 service, he waited outside in 15 degree weather for me to take pictures. Very nice!Shannon S.
I will not use UHaul again. Had to drive over an hour from Illinois to Wisconsin because there were no one way trailers within 50 miles of my location even though there are 2 large UHaul dealers within 10 miles of m area. They had trailers but were round trip only. Unacceptable that I could not use one for a one way trip. A lot of wasted time on the phone and visits to those locations near me.David B.

It took several investigative phone calls to finally get to the U-haul pickup depot that had a one-way trailer I spoke to a U-haul service rep who claimed I was all set with my original online requestChris L.

Service was great but the U-Haul we got was loaded, and I mean loaded, with dog hair and I am very allergic. Did not make for a nice drive. Over all good if it was not for the hair and allergic reaction it caused.Robert B.

I want to also make sure to say that both highway 280 U-Haul in St Paul Minnesota and key realty U-Haul in Beloit, Wisconsin are amazing. The staff are understanding empathetic and great listeners. No joke they are just the best now I know where to go if I need a moving truck they made the process super easy and there was no stress key realty U-Haul in Beloit Wisconsin was top-notch Mark is amazing I'm very grateful to have him being able to understand and being willing to listen and be empathetic with the situation thank you so much I can't stress it enough thank you so much I am very very grateful.Lonnika B.

We had multiple problems on the road. Tried roadside assistance twice and I will say it needs a lot of improvement. First - response time is poor and dispatch time is poor. We solved our own problems otherwise we might have been stuck both times until a weekday. Unacceptable by my standards. Especially when this involves moving across country which is already a huge stressor.Kimberly B.

I reserved my trailer for Rockford, IL. I had to drive to Beloit, WI to pick up the trailer. Not happy about that. The man in Beloit was very nice and helpful, but I lived in Rockford. Also, the $50 gift for not getting your reserved trailer is a bunch of hooey. Since I got a trailer, I'm not eligible for a refund even though U Haul made me drive 20 miles to Wisconsin!Paula P.

I spent 3 hours trying to find a trailer that I was told was available the night before as well as me calling an hour before I was supposed to pick it up to confirm that it was available which they said it was...DEVEN D.

Not any fault to the pick-up site the vehicle was not ready for pick-up. A customer that was in possession of the vehicle supposedly didn't know her drop off date. Initially set to pick-up vehicle at 0900, rescheduled for 1330. Waited for vehicle to arrive at 1545. Associate at Key Realty was very apologetic and sincere with the mishap.Lucas S.

I had to go almost 50 miles to pick up the truck. Truck had no cruise control and was weak pulling the U-haul trailer. The door was bent and the window did not seal fully and had lots of wind noise. Location at a newer Ford 26 footer that went to a local move earlier. Does not make sense. U-haul equipment was junk. Rented a second time from Penske to finish our move, 2019 truck that was like brand new and had cruise control for our long 1200 mile move. I'm Penske all the way from now on. AND they gave me a $500 discount and U-haul would not. No brainer from now on!Doug M.

The representative of the location that we spoke with on the phone pawned us off to find another location and left us with a quandary. It took one hour of our time on the phone waiting to speak with someone to find out where we could drop off the truck other than the prescribed location from the original agreement. The lady we spoke with at U-Haul customer service number, did an outstanding job at supporting us to solidifying a location to drop off the truck. And we were charged extra because they couldn't locate a truck in our area (after a reservation was made weeks in advance at a local U-Haul) so we had to drive 30 extra miles to get the truck and then we were charged EXTRA MILAGE! We will never utilize U-Haul ever again after this DEBACLEsheila W.

We had a Guaranteed pick up from the above location. We got there I was told that the trailer was not available and we would have to go to another location in another state to pick it up. We were told we would be receiving a $50 check for our inconvenience because they were not able to follow through with the guarantee of the trailer. As of today we still have not received that check. After an appalling customer service experience at the Janesville, WI Milwaukee street location, key realty really saved the day. I was very upset to see a â€œcorporateâ€ store treat their customers so poorly, and the state of that particular location was full of trash overflowing and all over the parking lot. This could be overlooked with exceptional service, and that is not at all what was provided until we reached the Key Realty location.kayla C.

Where do i start, Pickup time was over a hour late and had no idea where the truck would be or if it would even be there after a 2 week in advance schedule pickup. The truck was extremely under powered. It was at 4500+ rpm up hills basically watching the gas gauge drop. It would at times get a crazy vibration like a tire was out of balance and would do this until i hit a large bump and it would smooth out. Radio reception was horrible. For the cost, Penske it what i will be using next. Atleast they have diesel trucks with more power and better mpg for wayyyy less money.Jesse C.
