How U-Haul Reviews WorkAdded an hour on to my pick up because the truck was not located in Rockford. Was not informed of this when booking. I was told I could pick up truck in Loves Park. Scheduling lady was rude on the phone when i inquired about this and told her of the inconvience. Would not recommend using Uhaul in the Rockford area because of this.
