Do not over charge !!! They charged for an extra day AND missing or damage. NEITHER OCCURRED,, Plain and simply stated, THEIFT
CHRISTOPHER Vif I could give it NEGATIVE I would ! When I went to pick up the enclosed pull behind trailer , no body was able to help attach it the lady said she had to stay in the store ( the tonged) was in a mud puddle. I had to drive 10 min back to Sapulpa to see pick up my daughter and grandson to see if they could help and again it was so heavy we couldn't lift it. So I had to ask a random person to help ( and paid him ) Now I am dropping it off and went to ask the man working in the store and he tells me he can't leave the store . So I let him know if not I was going to have to take it to Sapulpa store ( where I know that they will take it off) so he finally came out. And he had no Ideal how to take it off. He said he knows nothing about them. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I have NEVER had this problem @ the Sapulpa store with JOSH!!!

JAMES AThe location representative was rude by having an attitude towards my fiancé and I when we complained to her about her delaying our U-Haul rental process to assist other gas station customers. My fiancé and I had to instruct her on how to double task with assisting regular gas station customers as well as U-Haul customers. I will never be returning to this location to rent a U-Haul vehicle again.

Leslie BThe staff was helpful but it was only one person and she was busy with customers so she had to keep pausing the check-in process. The truck's exterior was dirty with dead bugs. I took pictures before I left to confirm it was filthy in the front when I picked up the vehicle. The interior was clean. I was then told I would be charged $25.00 for cleaning which I am contacting the charge.

Tammy TThe entire return process took over 45 min. I had to clean out the inside cab of the truck because there were "hairs in the cup holders". (The hairs appeared to be from an animal of some sort, which we did not have an animal in any part of that truck. The hairs must have been from the previous customer? If I rent from Uhaul again, I will do my own inspection of the cleanliness & have the Uhaul agent notate it as well.) The woman clerk could not check me in because her cell phone was not charged. I had to wait for another gentleman with a charged cell phone.
Jenny WTruck was dirty on the outside and had body damage that had not been shown in the pictures. After taking the truck back to my house to load it up it started pouring power steering fluid all over my driveway and into the street. Had to wait for a technician to come fix it only to find out a hose clamp was never tightened.

Alan MI rented a 6’ x 12’ enclosed trailer. It had a nail in a tire and I had to bring it back to have it repaired. I drove though thunderstorms all the way. After arriving at my destination, I decided the weather was too severe to drive it back. I called U-Haul and spoke to Sean. He quoted me $99.00 to drop it off at my destination without having to pull it back through the storms. When I dropped it off, U-Haul charged me $399.02!!! What a heartless business! I spoke to Karen with U-Haul and she said they would not honor the quote from Sean?? Bad Business Model!
dean eRoad construction blocked entrance and access. I had to pull into adjacent grass area , and drop off there. Not the fault of business. The location access was small, access therefore was challenging for drop off, pull thru.

Trevor ALocked my keys in the U-Haul while it was running. I was checking out using the mobile app. Stepped out of the U-Haul to take pictures. Locked the door out of habit. Took pictures of vehicle and checked out of the app. Then realized I locked keys in the truck. Called U-Haul roadside assistance was told i basically was out of luck. Because I was checked out. She gave me two options 1- let the vehicle sit and pay for the fuel to be replaced along with vehicle maintenance that may be needed. (Battery) But hope no one’s breaks into and steals it 2- pay for it to get unlocked. I can’t believe a company so big wouldn’t do the right thing by a customer. I payed for additional coverage. I turned it in 12+ hours early. I work retail and have been in management for a long time. I understand policy’s and procedures. But there is also the right way to do business. Not taking care of a customer who if I called two minutes earlier I’d been covered is absolutely unacceptable.

Harleen RThe location said it opend at 7 am, but no one was there at 7 am. I found the 800 number for U-Haul and that person called an Area Manager on his cell phone to call in someone to the store who showed up around 7:30 am. And then the truck I had reserved was not properly checked in when returned last, so I had to wait for them to check it in and then check it out to me. The truck was in poor shape and had likely not been aligned in several years as it was hard to steer and keep on the road. Upon returning the truck, the Fast Stop only had one person working and she was not adept at the return process and would check out other customers while checking the truck back in, pausing each time. She then tried to charge me for addiitonal gasoline even though I filled it up to the level it was when I rented it. She did back this out though. Overall, not a good experience at Kiefer Fast Stop.

Tim RThe person helping us got in our car to back the trailer in and she did not know what she was doing. She almost jack knifed the hitch a couple of times until my sister asked her to stop and let me back it in. Plus she got in the car with her freshly lit cigarette and the smell of nicotine gives me migraines. I don’t need that in my car. She didn’t even consider that my car might be a smoke free zone.
Laurel DI was over charged and she would ring up customers while in the middle of checking me out. I rented a truck for a one way return to save money for the miles and got charged mileage.
Jessica MYour area manager is rude and not professional when speaking with people. When he can’t figure out and answer, he makes up a line of crap this may work for some but not for anyone with a brain.

Richard WIt was at a convenience store. Took forever to get the truck. I reserved a 26 ft truck and was told you didn’t have any the day before i needed it. Had to drive 60 miles out of the way to get it and the charged overage miles. Very poor company performance.

rick bThe online paperwork is disgustingly long. Then the check in/return is just as long. For a 4 hour round trip with the trailer, the rental paperwork took 48 minutes. Then I had to inspect and submit photos of damage to the trailer to begin with, 15 minutes more on my phone in the rental yard. Then when returning you wait to be checked in, 18 minutes more. No, I would definitely say clear your schedule and prepare for 1.5-2 hours just to rent and return. No, that is wrong.
