How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe website is very challenging and did not allow for me to do the online check in. I had to go into the shop to get checked in

Susan RSince the location is a convenience store, the lady signing me in was also busy with many customers trying to complete their beverage, food, and tobacco related purchases. She could have been helped by an additional employee. I do commend her for trying to service my rental as quickly as possible under her busy circumstances.
