Trevor A.Locked my keys in the U-Haul while it was running. I was checking out using the mobile app. Stepped out of the U-Haul to take pictures. Locked the door out of habit. Took pictures of vehicle and checked out of the app. Then realized I locked keys in the truck. Called U-Haul roadside assistance was told i basically was out of luck. Because I was checked out. She gave me two options 1- let the vehicle sit and pay for the fuel to be replaced along with vehicle maintenance that may be needed. (Battery) But hope no one's breaks into and steals it 2- pay for it to get unlocked. I can't believe a company so big wouldn't do the right thing by a customer. I payed for additional coverage. I turned it in 12+ hours early. I work retail and have been in management for a long time. I understand policy's and procedures. But there is also the right way to do business. Not taking care of a customer who if I called two minutes earlier I'd been covered is absolutely unacceptable.

Harleen R.The location said it opend at 7 am, but no one was there at 7 am. I found the 800 number for U-Haul and that person called an Area Manager on his cell phone to call in someone to the store who showed up around 7:30 am. And then the truck I had reserved was not properly checked in when returned last, so I had to wait for them to check it in and then check it out to me. The truck was in poor shape and had likely not been aligned in several years as it was hard to steer and keep on the road. Upon returning the truck, the Fast Stop only had one person working and she was not adept at the return process and would check out other customers while checking the truck back in, pausing each time. She then tried to charge me for addiitonal gasoline even though I filled it up to the level it was when I rented it. She did back this out though. Overall, not a good experience at Kiefer Fast Stop.

Tim R.The person helping us got in our car to back the trailer in and she did not know what she was doing. She almost jack knifed the hitch a couple of times until my sister asked her to stop and let me back it in. Plus she got in the car with her freshly lit cigarette and the smell of nicotine gives me migraines. I don't need that in my car. She didn't even consider that my car might be a smoke free zone.

Richard W.It was at a convenience store. Took forever to get the truck. I reserved a 26 ft truck and was told you didn't have any the day before i needed it. Had to drive 60 miles out of the way to get it and the charged overage miles. Very poor company performance.

rick B.The online paperwork is disgustingly long. Then the check in/return is just as long. For a 4 hour round trip with the trailer, the rental paperwork took 48 minutes. Then I had to inspect and submit photos of damage to the trailer to begin with, 15 minutes more on my phone in the rental yard. Then when returning you wait to be checked in, 18 minutes more. No, I would definitely say clear your schedule and prepare for 1.5-2 hours just to rent and return. No, that is wrong.

jimmy V.Customer service was none existent. The location is a gas station and the attendant was more concerned with selling beer and candy bars than renting trucks.
Robert I.The location is at the owner's gas station, who is super helpful and nice, but the overall problem was that we saw 5 trailers there that we were told by a company traffic coordinator weren't there.

Katie B.Well, first of all, I didn't pick up the equipment on Kiefer, OK. I returned the equipment to Kiefer, OK. Picked up in Lynnwood, WA. We had some personal issues, but UHaul was very accommodating. We had the trailer for 2 weeks. Trailer was loaded correctly and handled flawlessly .

He was rude acted like he didn't know what he was doing but he was doing made me feel uncomfortable I feel like he overcharged me the equipment was dirty and important issue and I had to buy extra straps and spend extra money because the equipment was not right, In my opinion I should have got a full refund but this guy was a jerk about it and it and I will never rent from u-haul or do business with this man in Kiefer Oklahoma again.

LISA J.VERY VERY UNORGANIZED. It took over an hour to get the trailer picked up/rented. Had to keep stopping and waiting on other customers. Wasn't sure which trailer she wanted to give us. When she came out to help us hook up she kept blowing cigarette smoke in my face. Which could have cause an episode with my heart. I'm that sensitive. My cardiologist will not allow me around anyone with it on their clothing.
