The employee of this location charged me for more miles than I had driven by inputting the wrong mileage start value. I took photos of the start and end with time stamps. When I called to confront him about this he argued with me for 15 minutes saying I should have showed him the photos when I returned the van as if I would somehow know he would lie . He said he had already processed the transaction and would not reverse it because it was difficult to do. I will be taking this up with my credit card company and filing a report with the better business bureau.

Office employee was not wearing a mask. Did not practice COVID-19 precautions and did not check to see if equipment was ready until I was there confirming dolly was in truck. Upon return the self checkout was not working on website and it was only 3 mins after closing. No sight of any one.

The only problem was that I had to wait quite a while because the truck could not be received in from the last customer that had it. Since it couldn't be logged back in it couldn't be rented to me. The guy had to call somewhere to get it released. This all took quite a while and I had a crew waiting for me to get there that I had to pay to just stand around.

The mileage listed on the contract was incorrect. The amount of gas in the tank was incorrect. The cargo van was dirty. When I turned in the van the agent gave me a receipt for $46.62, which I thought was about right. It showed up on my credit card statement at $62.18. I would like a credit. Contract# 00081907. Staff is friendly and vehicles are usually available but the vans smell horrible. The inside smells like a chicken farm. There were four air fresheners hanging throughout the vehicle and it still smelled awful.

The only thing we noticed is that we had to sweep out the cargo area due to some dirt, pebbles, and dust. No big deal. Van ran great and was ready when I got there.

The van smelled of cigarettes. And was over charged on milage. She didn't check the van when I got there, she just said thanknyou, Ill email your receipt. She charged my card twice!! I want my $34.00 returned.

The gas gauge was broken. It showed over half of a tank when I left. Maybe two miles into the move, the gauge suddenly changed to empty and the alert light came on. Not knowing the actual amount of gas I needed to replace, I put in a generous $20 worth of gas to ensure I replaced what I used, if not more. I will say that I am thankful that the worker called me about the gas not being replaced before charging my card which allowed me to explain the error with the gas gauge. I appreciate the follow up and the fact they didn't just charge my credit card assuming I didn't replace the gas used.

Would be nice if customers are asked to clear the inside of any rubbish. As I was about to drive the truck, I had noticed an empty soda can and some candy wrapper in the cabin. That's really not a huge deal, and I think it should be the customer's responsibility to cleanup after themselves. Staff was nice and friendly and service was prompt. It's a small shop and I love that! Thanks guys!

The van smelled of goat, and the previous user didn't clean out their rubbish. The office staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. I'll for sure rent from them again should I need a U-Haul!! ????

Gentlemen did not go out of his way at all. I returned van in 2 hours he refused to check mileage and then overcharged me. 71 dollars for 2 hours and 30 miles is ridiculous. Not happy nor will I recommend

Van smelled as if animals had been housed in it for prolonged time/ or as if animals had urinated in it. Would recommend that the van be cleaned prior to being loaned again. This location was unable to log into U-Haul website. All information had to be conveyed via phone.

This was the worst Uhaul experience I've had in all my 40 yrs of renting from Uhaul. The store clerk called me saying he had reported the truck stolen and that I was going to jail. When I clearly had extended my reservation dates and it was on record. When I returned the truck the clerk threatened me physically and said he would hurt me! I live in a small town I'm in fear he has my personal information! I have contacted Uhaul and was told someone would call me from upper management but its already been 4 days

We rented a 15' truck for the day to pick up large items that wouldn't fit in our rental car for our condo. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is close proximity to us which is awesome and we were happy they we're able to accommodate our last minute request for a refrigerator dolly. If we need to rent again, we'll be back for sure. Thank you!

Fast, courteous service. Liked the fact I could drop off anytime. The size was perfect. I will be renting it again for next year. The van was not horribly dirty, but certainly could have cleaned it better- more so wiped it with simple green/clorox or some type of sanitizer as there was a lot of "grime build-up" and it felt like it was never wiped. Other than that it was good. Mahalo!

Reserved a 4 wheel dolly, only to arrive 3 days later and find that they don't even have any at this location, they weren't out of them, they just don't carry any to begin with. Very, very poor to have that as an option on the website for a location that doesn't carry them, and then worse yet, to make a reservation days ahead of time and not be notified that that option is NOT available and maybe alternate plans (like renting a dolly elsewhere) should be looked into.

Windows in the vans need to be cleaned after each rental. I had to clean the side windows when I got home. They were kinda gross. Other than that I love these people.

Service person (sorry, forgot his name-from Samoa) is awesome! Friendly, welcoming, happy to answer any questions. Van seem well maintained, except that the door needs to be fixed. It was dented so each time you open the door it makes a loud noise. Thank you!!!

I reserved a 10' truck well in advance of my moving date. When we arrived to pick it up, the truck was not available and we were given a van instead. This was a HUGE inconvenience to say the least. I called again the next day to explain the difficulty of moving houses using a van and the staff member agreed to switch the van for a truck at my home the next day since I could not drive the vehicles due to needing a car seat and my husband does not get off work until after the shop closes. That employee forgot about our deal, and did not come to switch vehicles. Needless to say, I do not recommend this Uhaul location and was very disappointed with this frustrating experience

I was overcharged for mileage, and services. I called in advance never had anyone return my call, and when I showed up 2 days in a row, I was told the computers were down, the phone lines were down, they had no record of my reservation, then when I called to add a day, they still said they were down and asked me to go online to reserve, so I did. The next day the same lady I talked to called to ask why I had not returned the rental when I had spoken to her the day before and she asked me to reserve online and I told her I was in the process as we spoke. I was offended, we rushed to return it by 5pm after she then notified us we had until 11am the next day...no one informed us of pick up or drop off times, no one returned our calls, and honestly I'm disputing the charges because we didn't get our dolly, I paid extra for insurance for 1 of the days and we filled the vehicle with more fuel than it had when we picked it up. My $39.95 per day (2 days) plus $1.19 a mile which they tried to tell us we used over 100 miles???? My husband returned the vehicle and we were charged over $300 and they offered to take off 1 day but the bill was still around $250??? RIP OFF!! We didn't even get what we signed up for and the price was too high and they had no record of my reservation...it was awful and very unprofessional!

Staff were awesome; however vehicle used for my trip smelt terrible. Wet dog smell, I wanted to vomit. I did not feel goo the next few days. Only were given an apology. That cargo vehicle should not be lent out to anyone. People may get sick. Aloha
