Made my reservation online. The day before pickup, i got a call saying my location did not have the equipment and needed to go to Longview. When I showed up the next day for pickup, they told me they have the equipment, but it is in the shop getting the axel replaced and needed to go somewhere else for the equipment. finally got the equipment at the third place, putting me 2 1/2 hours behind.
BRAD TThe issue I had was I got the truck and it was filthy then after the rental I had to pay for it to be cleaned that shouldn't be my responsibility

GEOFFREY RLocation was fine. U-Haul did not do well. Promised extra 17 miles since I had to pick up in Kilgore instead of Henderson but did not give them. Said I was over 13 miles when it was only 5.
James RRight front tire on trailer was bad and trailer had a hop that got worse as the trip continued. The tire was crowned in the middle. This was pointed out to me by the representative at the drop off location.
MICHAEL GThere was a personal vehicle parked in front of my truck I reserved for 6:30 am and the keys were not in the key box for me to pick up. So I had to wait for when they opened to get the truck. I was not able to get my truck on time and then when I got my truck I had to have someone go and get me an appliance dolly because it was not in the truck. Then when I asked about the reservation guarantee he didn’t know what I was talking about.

Alan SCheck billing for accuracy I was charged for insurance I didn’t select. I was also charged 2 days for a 1 day rental. I have call 800 U-Haul number to get it straight. Hopefully it will get resolved.

COLIN PWhile we did not talk to anyone (they were closed). They tried to hit our card with a $50 fee for no good reason and all this while their business was closed. I've also heard from others of similar experiences. Very concerning.

Randy fThe gentleman was very kind when I called on Monday asking for help with the missing moving pads. I did call 1-800-Go-Uhaul. I was told it would be sent to a supervisor as I did not take a picture of the lack of moving pads—yes, you read that right—I was supposed to take a picture that I did not receive the moving pads. I was told it would be sent to a supervisor and take 3 days. That was a week ago. I have not heard a thing.
Bobby SThe problem a had was NOT with Kilgore Muffler, their service was great. The problem I had was with UHaul corporate. I reserved a truck, one way from Houston to Longview (a week and a half early) and my reservation was canceled. I only found out when I called to have an auto transport trailer added. The rep on the phone told me that they had no 26' trucks available, and I told him he needed to find me one between Longview and Houston. I also told him I would not pay miles due to their mistake. As it is, I had a huge fuel expense, with no compensation, due to UHaul Corporate poor customer service practices. Hats off to Kilgore Muffler for their help.
DOUGLAS RFirst reservation U-Haul was not at location and second U-Haul was a miscommunication between myself and employee that led to me being charged more than the original rental agreement. Worse experience I ever had!
Kalon RStaff was friendly and helpful. 30 miles into my trip, the A/C in the truck quit. It was 95 degrees that day so the remainder of the day was not pleasant.

Clinton LThe straps on my unit were getting frayed, but still fine. It takes a long time to pick up the trailer, to get the shop owner into the system, and get all the specifics, tracking info, etc... But the trailer hauled very well, and the whole process was relatively cheap and easy.

Sandi RI reserved a truck & trailer for our move 1100 mi from TX to FL Imagine my surprise as I drove away and it had no cruise control, no Bluetooth and not even automatic locks. I used my smartphone to navigate my route and talking on be phone to answer business calls were very challenging ( as it's illegal to hand hold your phone & pulling off the hwy was a nuisance ). Not having cruise control was shocking to me since driving that distance I am accustomed to using it ( the manual locks was something I could live with) When we opened the back there was trash we had to sweep out ( not alot but enough to annoy me)
