The location was great Kilgore Muffler great. The overall Uhaul experience, terrible. We rented very early to ensure that we would have a truck near the location where we needed it to be. The day before we find out the truck is NOT at the location we requested. A side note - why on earth would you allow me to go to the trouble of renting for a specific location and then you not have the truck there. This is BEYOND dumb. Not to mention it wasted hours of my precious time having to drive so far away to get a truck that I rented. Again - Kilgore Muffler was great. Uhaul - really a fail. It may be the last time I ever consider using your company.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Truck had not been cleaned out after the previous rental. There was glass in the cargo area, Curtis was quick to fix that issue (Thanks Curtis). The drivers side headlight was inoperable now I will take some of the blame on that as I didn't check it before I left. I did however make Curtis aware of it upon my return. The check engine light was on when I first picked up the truck but later it had turned itself off and did not come back on again during my rental. I ordered an appliance dolly that wasn't available. Curtis stated that he has asked the District Supervisor to get some for this location and they haven't gotten them. U-HAUL this one is on YA'LL when a customer orders something only to get to pick up and realize it's not available , this makes a move just that much harder. Overall I was happy with my rental and would rent from this location again if & when the need comes up.
John EBeware, the truck I picked up was filthy. Garbage in cab and the back of the truck was very dirty. The location I dropped the truck off at charged me a cleaning fee. I sent them pictures of the dirt that was in the back of the truck. Hopefully I get reimbursed!

When I reserved trailer I was sent to Super C West because the other location would be closed, but when I arrived to get trailer I was told they didn’t have any trailers and hasn’t had any for over a week. (I booked my reservation over a week before I knew I would need it) I was sent over to other location that was closed and only after calling customer service was helped and a trailer found where I had to drive to the next town away to get a trailer. If I would have known I need to go to the next town to reserve a trailer I would have planned for that. The gentleman over at Kilgore muffler were great and made sure I was in and out and answered all questions I had I will be using there location next time I need to book something. I would just like someone to look in to the Super C West location and found out who dropped the ball as it cost me a extra time and fuel with there unprofessional order especially since my reservation was booked 8/7/26 and pickup was 8/15/26 (over a week)
