I don’t think this was U-Haul fault but my map app brought me to the wrong address. After some time of searching I found the correct place. The signage was poor and hard to spot. A little tiny sticker in the bottom corner of a window that represents a U-Haul location. The drop off directions could be much more clear. I dropped the trailer in a parking lot and then walked way around to the back of the building and finally found all the other U-Haul equipment. Very misleading. Have to walk past a bunch of other businesses and alleys to find them. The worst.

This place is a Joke! I walked in and there was no one inside of the location. I waited 10 min and no one came out. I then had to call the location number to let them know I was in there lobby waiting on someone. I gave my key to the representative and asked if we needed to walk the truck or if there was any further paperwork needed for me to fill out. I was advised that all was good and that I would receive a final bill statement via email in the next few days. A few days later I was contacted by U-Haul that my truck was not turned in that to provide information of location of drop off. This issue was resolved and all ended up ok.. but this situation could have been avoided if I had gone to another U-Haul dealer location and not this one... Would not recommend this place to anyone... More of a headache and waist of my time!

Didn’t help take trailer off had to do it myself, rolled back had to put something under wheel so it would stop. They didn’t put in that I returned it on Wednesday nov. 1. It still wasn’t put in that I returned on nov. 6. I would never return anything to this location ever again. I don’t know that I would ever use unsullied again because of this location

Uhaul sent me the wrong address. They said the location was 490 n. Semoran blvd. It was actually 517 n. Semoran. I was driving around in circles! The location has no uhaul signs. Inside the building are posters of almost fully naked women. I had to ask my 8 year old daughter to wait outside the door. I was also mischarged an extra day! Worst experience of my life.

Clean your trucks out. When I got the truck to my storage unit to load, I opened the back & it hadn't been swept out from the previous customer. Plus there was standing water inside the driver's side door. Plus no furniture dolly. Every location should be equipped with a sufficient amount.

I ordered blankets, didn't get any. Was told I had to drive to a different uhaul place to get them and only after calling several times. No vehicle inspection took place.

The actually rental came out to 119 it was way to expensive and I feel like its false advertisement compared to the 20 it says it charges. never again but the actual location and people I got it from where great

This location was very helpful. When we thought that we might have needed a bigger uhaul for the job the gentleman was very accommodating. He offered us other options. But, we didn't need a bigger one after all. It was nice knowing that we had the option.

Rented my uhaul from "King Bay Auto Services" in Orlando. The Tire on my truck was nearly flat and I didn't realize this until I was midway through my route for moving. The shop that I rented it from was never available for contact while hours were operating after I got the keys from the rep. The phone line was a cell number that had no voicemail. I needed the truck desperately due to moving schedule so I compromised and took the truck I rented even with a very low tire. Barely made it back. Wanted to file this complaint with the store I rented it from but they were closed by the time I returned the truck (6pm) but it was only 5:20pm when I returned and they locked the shop early. Main thing I wanted to address is that I didn't want to be held accountable for the low inflated tire. Keeping an eye on my credit card statement to see if the charges go up. Poor customer service. Will never rent from this location again and disappointed that uhaul rents trucks to them.

Everything went great. We had a flat tire on the original truck given but realized it right away and when we informed him he upgraded us from 10' truck to a 15' truck for the inconvienance which was really nice. Will recommend and be back for sure.

Wrong odometer reading, 6 is not 9, don't charge me for an extra 3 miles please! Other than that, better experience this time.

4 day after I returned the truck, I recived a call from uhal asking for a truck. Charged for time that I didnt use, money taken from my bank account and over charged for insuficient fund by my bank. The best of all, No one call me to tell me what was going on??????????

The store was close at the time to return the truck. Not space enough to park the trucks. Charge me extra money with no reason at all.

There was no dolly in the truck, so I had to request one from another location because they were closed before 4pm. Two tires were extremely low on air, so I put air in them to continue with the move. There was old food containers inside the back of the truck that left a bad smell. I turned in the truck, keys & contract to the drop box the same day, only to receive a notice via email 4 days later that I had not returned the truck. Had to call UHaul to verify.

fix truck and clean it, and also make sure fuel is where it says it is before giving it to customer, do a customer walk through which i wasn't given, and when i got the truck, it was terribly dirty with a pound of debris in the back, and also the air in the tire is low, light was on. and also the fuel was way less than was mentioned on paperwork, if the person would have walked the truck, he would have known that.

When calling this location before my move they kept hanging up the phone. I would call I would hear someone say hello and hang up! I finally called reservations and they didn't seem to care. Overall I won't recommend uhaul. Nor will I ever use them again. The staff in every front was unprofessional. Feel free to contact me.
