When I returned the truck there was no issues and forgot something in the cab after dropping it off and the gentleman in the apartment finders office was able to assist me but the person responsible for the Uhaul was not available. The reason I put Below Average overall rating was three days later I got a phone call about leaving a lock on the truck and was informed that I didn't fold the blankets and 3 of the 24 blankets had tape on them and would be charged $25. The truck was left clean, I did fold the blankets and thought I removed all the tape. They must have shifted while in transport. When I disputed the charge with the person on the phone, I was threatened to be blacklisted from Uhual if I didn't pay the $25 dollars. However, after to talking directly with Michelle in Customer Service the charge was refunded by Stephen Hlavaty, Area Field Manager. Thank you Michelle and Stephen for your assistance in this dispute.

LISA HA 50lb pallet was left as the tag said it would cost 20$ to leave items, then my 12 mile trip ended up costing almost 200$, an absolute scam for a vehicle that won’t even pass safety inspection, I let the location know the left mirror swings around when hitting bumps and they did not care at all
