Encourage staff to spot/help truck backup due to location in parking lot. It’s dangerous to backup without help (another customer helped me). Central office needs to communicate better with sites. My reserved equipment was not available and local pickup site was not aware of central office changes to reservation. U-Haul made me go to different locations for truck and trailer.

Rodney RSome equipments are not equally distributed to meet the demands of moving consumers. I had to drive over 60 miles to get autotransporter. On reaching there about 4 autotransporters were there whereas none was found in my location

MATTHEW SPrice was way different than online. I feel they were not informed at what they were doing over charged me and could not explain it too me at all. Made me take the higher insurance than what I picked. Just over all worst one I’ve done out of 10 rentals in a year. Equipment wise and how it was handled I almost refused the rental too go elsewhere.
