So many issues getting a auto transporter this time, had to talk with a manager for less than average experience and to locate a transporter within a reasonable distance but 2 hours almost round time longer to get the vehicle. Initial location i reserved didn’t have the transporter i requested. Finally asked for the $50 discount due to them not having and got denied because I accepted the offer to pick up from a further location. Was contacted two before I was leaving for trip to found this out. so of course I would accept a further location out of desperation.

Encourage staff to spot/help truck backup due to location in parking lot. It’s dangerous to backup without help (another customer helped me). Central office needs to communicate better with sites. My reserved equipment was not available and local pickup site was not aware of central office changes to reservation. U-Haul made me go to different locations for truck and trailer.

Rodney RSome equipments are not equally distributed to meet the demands of moving consumers. I had to drive over 60 miles to get autotransporter. On reaching there about 4 autotransporters were there whereas none was found in my location
